The Studies Of On-The-Job Training About Doctors In Inner Mongoliaregion Public Hospitals

Personnel training of public hospital is an important means to increase hospital strength and ensure the sustainable development of it. With the rapid development of medical science and technology and people’s growing requirement for medical technology level, the doctor with pure theory knowledge learned during the period as an undergraduate and graduate student, is far from sufficient to meet the demand for the health related knowledge and service levels. The requirement for the new reform of public hospital is to change the concept from Medicine for the Medical to Technology for Medical, which put forward higher requirement for the doctor’s comprehensive quality and professional ability. The lifelong education is an inevitable trend. The on-the-job training for the doctor is required for healthydevelopment of medical enterprise. Its aim for the medical workers is to update the knowledge accumulation in their whole career in order to cultivate good professional ethics and improve their professional technology level and working ability as well as medical service quality by learning related new theory, knowledge, technology and method, which is adapt to the continuous development of medical service and heath.With the economic and cultural development of China, and the growing difference of the district medical and health development, It is particular important for the doctor to explore a way of on-the-job training conforming to the regional characteristics This paper is to investigate the current situation and existing problems of on-the-job training for the doctors from Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital by the way of literature research and questionnaire survey together. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and hopes to provide certain reference on the on-the-job training for public hospital doctors in Inner Mongolia.
