| Objective: The purpose of the study was to compare the effect of frozen bag of salt and salt bag compress for abdominal external hernia surgery incision local analgesia, detumescence and hemostasis. compare the two methods have influence on patients’ hospitalization days.Method: The design was a randomized, clinically controlled study. 100 patients of abdominal external hernia surgery as the research object in February 2014 ~ October 2014 in a hospital, all the 50 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group, The observation group received frozen bag of salt on the incision, which should replaced every 2 hours, the control group was given common salt bag continuously, both groups’ compression for 6 hours, room temperature 18 to 22 ℃ ℃. Compared two groups of incision local analgesia, detumescence, hemostasis and hospitalization days with and without statistics difference. Using SPSSl3.0 statistical software to analyze all the data and statistical methods including statistical description, nonparametric test.Results:1. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, pain incidence of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).2. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, swelling incidence of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).3. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, bleeding incidence of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).4. Two groups of patients with number of days of hospitalization days, preoperative and postoperative days of the comparison results showed there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Frozen bag of salt compressed on the incision have a positive effect, which could relieve pain level, incision edema and hemorrhage.2. After using frozen salt bag intermittent cold compress continued oppression incision site, prevent the happening of the complications, but to shorten the hospitalization days of patients have no statistical significance. |
