| Objective: Through to Xinjiang area 1504 cases of hyperlipidemia in patients with TCM syndrome differentiation typing, laboratory test index of the research questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the distribution characteristics of hyperlipidemia. Preliminary study on the correlation of related biochemical indexes and TCM syndrome, for the disease of TCM standard construction and treatment of Chinese medicine to provide ideas. Methods: Set about TCM syndromes and laboratory test index of the questionnaire, in three regions of Xinjiang, Eastern, southern, northern 12 counties, the Han, Uygur, Kazak high lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia were random survey, through statistical analysis, draw the conclusion. Results: The into xinjiang, uygur, kazak three ethnic 1504 patients with hyperlipidemia. The Yin-deficiency syndrome group 551 cases, accounting for 36.6%; Wet-resistance syndrome group 362 cases, accounting for 24.1%; damp-heat syndrome group 299 cases, accounted for 19.9%; Yang-deficiency syndrome grouP 173 cases, accounting for 11.5%; Blood stasis syndrome grouP 119 cases, accounting for 7.9%. There was no significant difference in the distribution of the difference between the sexes and the ethnic groups(P > 0.05). The difference of syndrome distribution between different age groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). 40~60 age of Wet-resistance syndrome group, damp-heat syndrome group, Yangdeficiency syndrome group, Yin-deficiency syndrome group, Blood stasis syndrome groupwas higher than the proportion of aged 18~40 and 60~70 years of age. There were no significant differences in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between the different syndromes(P>0.05). Waist circumference was correlated with blood lipid levels in different syndromes(P<0.05), The blood glucose and body weight were not correlated with the blood lipid level in different syndromes(P>0.05). Conclusion: The observation of syndrome group, in the majority with Yin deficiency syndrome of hyperlipidemia patients, followed by wet resistance. Age, waist circumference and blood lipid levels in different syndromes were different, with statistical significance. There were no significant differences in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in different types of syndrome types in three ethnic groups. Blood glucose and body weight were not correlated with blood lipid levels in different syndromes. |
