Objective:To investigate the characteristics of serum lipid levels of the teachers of Shandong University. To investigate the characteristics of serum lipid metabolism of the teachers of Shandong University. Further analysis of College Teachers’ health examination crowd hyperlipidemia prevalence, analysis of the relationship between hyperlipidemia and its related factors, to explore the relationship between hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease, cancer and other diseases. Promoting health education, the awareness rate of hyperlipidemia population, reduce the incidence of dyslipidemia, and provide scientific basis for dyslipidemia and its related diseases prevention and treatment.Method:1. Sample sources:A total of4126nesidents aged <25~to>65~were selected with the method of cluster sampling between Shandong University124faculties and departments of the Faculty of health examination on2011.12-2012.12, and does not include personal examination and clinic staff.2. Physical examination content:1) the general project:the morbidity and past history, gender, age, height, weight, diet, exercise, sleep, family history, smoking, drinking and so on;2):blood pressure, heart rate, the general measurement of height, weight, body mass index; Department of internal medicine, surgery, routine examination.3) serum tests:liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), blood lipid (TC, TG, HDL, LDL), blood glucose (GLU), renal function (BUN, CR), uric acid (UA);4) B ultrasound examination, electrocardiogram etc.3. Research methods:1) The data of4126nesidents of serum lipid values (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,), input data set, the data were analyzed with SPSS11.0software.2) On the basis of the2002"China residents nutrition and health survey" of dyslipidemia in diagnostic criteria, divided the sample into hyperlipidemia group and non hyperlipidemia group. Based on the descriptive analysis, on hyperlipidemia prevalence rate of two groups; physical examination data:age, weight, body mass index (BMI), comparative analysis, liver function, blood pressure, blood glucose, renal, average level; related factors of multi factor Logistic regression analysis; on hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease, stroke, obesity, hyperglycemia, hypertension, hyperuricemia, diseases such as cancer detection rate of statistical analysis.4. Statistical analysis:all data input Excel2003data set, the data were analyzed with SPSS11.0software.Result:1. The data showed that serum lipid level in healthy population of Shandong University (mmol/L):the average value of TC:5.23; the mean value of TG:1.45; the average value of HDL-C:1.53; LDL-C average:3.37. Hyperlipidemia prevalence rate of38.15%, male hyperlipidemia prevalence rate of42.21%, female hyperlipidemia prevalence rate of32.40%, significantly between male and female prevalence of hyperlipidemia (P=0.000).2. In hyperlipidemia with Rate of body mass index (BMI) both overweight and obesity, hypertension, abnormal liver function, coronary heart disease, high blood sugar, high uric acid group, significantly higher than normal group, the data analysis with statistical significance (P=0.000).3. The mean of hyperlipidemia population weight, blood pressure, BMI, ALT, AST, GGT, BUN, UA, GLU than that of non hyperlipidemia group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, BMI, systolic blood pressure, body weight, AST, GLU, GGT, movement, gender (male), family history, ALT, UA, age, smoking, drinking and other indicators are risk factors of hyperlipemia formation.Of hyperlipidemia on obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, coronary heart disease, ischemic stroke, fatty liver, liver dysfunction, hyperuricemia, tumors (lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer) prevalence of disease, the test difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:1. Shandong University Faculty of serum lipid level in healthy mean (mmol/L):the average value of TC:5.23; the mean value of TG:1.45; the average value of HDL-C:1.53LDL-C average:3.37. Significantly higher than5years ago with the lipid level of same area:TC:4.87、TG:1.5、HDL-C:1.35、LDL-C:2.93. Its growth range had be respectively:0.36、-0.06、0.18、0.44.The data showed that:compared to the North Beijing area showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). Higher than that of the southern Guangzhou area (P<0.05).2. The data display, high prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia (38.15%), high level of relevant reports, the prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia in male (42.21%) was higher than female prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia (32.40%)(P=0.000).3. This study shows that, the formation of hyperlipidemia and with the following index, the correlation from high to low is BMI, systolic blood pressure, body weight, diet, exercise (rare), family history, smoking, GLU, AST, GGT, gender (male), ALT, UA, BUN, age, drinking about wine.4. There are independent hyperlipidemia, hypertension, obesity, and high blood sugar, fatty liver, coronary heart disease, ischemic stroke, hyperuricemia, tumors (lung cancer, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, thyroid cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer) associated with hyperlipidemia, hyperlipidemia population the disease detection rate increased, with statistical significance of the difference between the two (P=0.000).
