Objective:Adopt the method of Meta analysis at home and abroad related to reproductive tract infections, abnormal amount, smoking during pregnancy, pregnancy anxiety, history of premature birth, abortion history, scar uterus, vaginal bleeding, and preterm birth makes a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, to determine the risk factors affect the risk of preterm birth occurred, provide the basis for future prevention and treatment.Methods:literature retrieval by computer collection of risk factors for preterm birth case-control study, the Rev Man 5.3 analysis software, first of all, heterogeneity inspection result when there is no heterogeneity, with a fixed effect model description,there is heterogeneity, in a random effect model expression, to integrate data quantitatively.The odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI).Results:In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the final standard case-control study with 28 references, reproductive tract infections, abnormal amount,smoking during pregnancy, prenatal anxiety, history of premature birth, abortion history,scar uterus, vaginal bleeding, 8 research factors of cervical insufficiency of merger OR values and 95% confidence interval(CI) are respectively 1.13(1.19 1.87), 2.81(2.293.44),2.29(1.52 2.21), 1.17(1.00-1.37),3.97(3.39 4.65),3.39(1.12 1.73), 2.29(1.533.43),2.42(2.15 2.73) and 2.15(3.80 8.19).Conclusion:Reproductive tract infections,abnormal amount, smoking during pregnancy, prenatal anxiety, history of premature birth,abortion history, scar uterus, vaginal bleeding were risk factors for preterm delivery occurs.
