Objective By collecting Professor ZhangQin treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility patients’561 prescription information and statistical analysis, to reveal her medication rule of this disease, in order to better diagnosis and treatment, and better provide theoretical basis for scientific research. In this study, Professor ZhangQin academic thinking of Salping obstruent infertility systematically summarizes, for the names of experience inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese medicine has important significance.Methods In Guangxing hospital affiliated to Zhejiang university of Traditional Chinese medicine collecting October 2013 to October 2015 that Professor ZhangQin outpatient treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility,561 herbal prescription that conform to the 5th day after menstruation till within a week after ovulation, establish a database, and using Excel software and SPASS software for statistical analysis of medicine use frequency from medicinal properties and tastes of herbs, meridian tropism, efficacy and other aspects, clustering analysis of the core medicine, to study on medication rule of mentor.Results 1.Get 121 traditional Chinese medicine use frequency and classification involved in 561 prescription. 2.Get 40 high frequency medicine (core medicine) and its medicinal properties and tastes, and meridian tropism. 3.Get 5 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription.Conclusion 1.By frequency analysis, drawn the 40 taste the core drugs of professor ZhangQin in treating SOI are:Danggui, Baishao, Gancao, Xiangfu, Yujin, Zaojiaoci, Hongteng, Xianlingpi, Roucongrong, Machixian, Chuanxiong, Shijiancuan, Lulutong, Lujiaopian, Tusizi, Zelan, Lizhihe, Huangqi, Chenpi, Danshen, Fupenzi, Huluba, Fuling, Lvmeihua, Danpi, Guizhi, Dahuang, Jingjie, Baiziren, Jixueteng, Qingpi, Pugongying, Xuduan, Bajitian, Wulingzhi, Shudihuang, Xiaohuixiang, Sangjisheng, Sharen, Niuxi. By cluster analysis, getting 14 taste traditional Chinese medicines most commonly used: Danggui, Baishao, Gancao, Xiangfu, Yujin, Zaojiaoci, Hongteng, Xianlingpi, Roucongrong, Machixian, Chuanxiong, Shijianchuan, Lulutong, Lujiaopian.2.From the statistics of drug efficacy, the commonly used drugs are bu-xu drugs,huo-xue-qu-yu drugs, Liqi drugs, Qingre drugs, etc.3.From the taste of normalized by the statistical point of view, commonly used in liver, spleen, kidney medicine and resistance on the cold and warm, and in the herbs used more as bitter medicine, sweet medicine and herbs pungent in flavor, etc.4.Professor ZhangQin thinks that the Salping obstruent infertility disease in the cellular network, disease of qi deficiency and pathogen resistance, deficiency in clamp, this evil refers to blood stasis, stagnation, dampness, heat, blood stasis mainly.
