Professor Zhang Chizhi's Academic Thoughts And Medication Rules Of Treating Chronic Severe Hepatitis Using The Theory Of Warm Disease

Objective This article aims to use modern statistical methods to describe the collected cases of Professor Zhang Chizhi's treatment of chronic severe hepatitis by descriptive statistics,correlation and cluster analysis.Summing up Professor Zhang Chizhi's academic thought on chronic severe hepatitis treated with the theory of febrile diseases,he refined Professor Zhang's syndrome differentiation,speculative characteristics and the laws of elective drug use in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.The study of Zhang Chizhi's academic ideas and clinical experience can lay the foundation for the inheritance and development of Professor Zhang's academic thoughts and clinical experience,and give more clinical inspiration for the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods The standardized Chinese medicine names of 114 collected cases were standardized,and then Professor Zhang's prescription database for chronic severe hepatitis was established.The statistics were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and IBMSPSS Modeler 14.0 statistical software,respectively.Analyze,cluster analysis,and correlation analysis.Excavate the types,frequency,taste,return,and compatibility of all medications.Analyze the results and summarize Professor Zhang's etiology and disease of chronic severe hepatitis.The understanding of machine,rule,and governing law.Result 1.There are 17 types of Chinese medicines involved,and 6 kinds of commonly used Chinese medicines are listed in order of frequency of use: tonifying medicinal(335),dampdraining diuretic(300),heat-clearing medicinal(206),and blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal(189),phlegmresolving medicinal(86),Qi-regulating medicinal(83).2.There are 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs,which are cold(716),warm(389),even(339),cool(35),and hot(15)according to the frequency of use.3.A total of 6 kinds of Chinese herbs are involved in the taste,in accordance with their frequency of appearance in order: sweet(776),bitter(756),pungent(546),salty(139),sour(124),light(117).4.There are 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines that are involved,followed by the ratio of the frequency of use to the total frequency: liver(18.87%),spleen(15.98%),stomach meridian(14.61%),lung(11.36%),Heart Sutra(11.15%),Renal(9.78%),Gallbladder(6.05%),Bladder(3.44%),Large Intestine(3.18%),Small Intestine(2.85%),Pericardium(2.06)%),triple burner(0.67%).5.Association Analysis Set the following items with a higherconfidence level when the previous item is 2: Capillaris-Money Grass,Capillaris-Scutellaria Barbata,Begonia-Oyster,Capillaria-Yukin,Yinchen-Pedestrian Grass.6.When the clustering analysis result is 9 in the ruler,the drug with frequency ?10 can be divided into 6 categories: 1 Zeeland,Citrus,Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Citrus aurantium,Areca,Pinellia,Divine Comedy,Atractylodes,Radix Astragali,Angelica,Hawthorn;2 Poria,Poria,Alisma,Poria;3 heterophylla,Codonopsis,licorice,malt,Ji Nei Jin,Cyperus rotundus,Suanzaoren;4 Rhizoma Coptidis,Astragalus membranaceus,Hedyotis diffusa,Coix seed,Tongcao,Mai Winter,Silver Flower,Forsythia;5 Plantago,Plantain,Oyster,Lysimachia,Astragalus,Begonia;6 Barbata,Campanulaceae,Potamogeton,Capillaris,Bupleurum,Angelica,Radix,Salvia,habitat,turmeric.Conclusion 1.Take the spleen and stomach as the center,replenishing qi and nourishing blood,and support righteousness.2.The main governing method is clear heat and dampness,blood circulation.3.Truncate the disease in time to control the disease progression.
