Professor Chen Ruquan’s Academic Thoughts And Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism With Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:By analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation,and giving examples of typical cases,summarize Professor Chen Ruquan’s academic thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation;Use TCM inheritance assistant platform software(V2.5)to conduct data mining on Professor Chen Ruquan’s clinical experience in treating hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation,analyze his clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and summarize Professor Chen Ruquan’s academic thinking and clinical treatment of the disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine Experience,and extract core prescriptions and possible new prescription combinations,we can learn from it,which provides guidance for clinical application.Method:1.By collecting the outpatient and inpatient clinic data of Professor Chen Ruquan,Review related medical records of hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation comprehensively,reading related papers and works,to analyze and summarize the etiology,pathogenesis,and characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation in detail.2.By collecting patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation from the outpatient department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Optics Valley Endocrinology Department from March 2013 to October 2018,48 cases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the case data were entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform The software(V2.5)analyzes the input data for the frequency of medicines,the four qi and five flavors,and the rule of formulating prescriptions,and uses "entropy clustering" and "improved mutual information method" to analyze new prescriptions.Results:1.Hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation is caused by insufficient endowment,emotional internal injury,and chronic fatigue.Its basic pathological changes are stagnation of qi and blood stasis.The diseased organs involve multiple organs such as heart,liver,kidney and spleen,especially liver and heart.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is based on deficiency and fullness,deficiency of qi and blood in the heart,deficiency of yin and yang in the heart,loss of nourishment in the heart,or stagnation of qi and blood stasis,resulting in poor blood circulation.2.Clinical classification is mainly divided into four types:insufficient heart-qi,heart-yin deficiency,heart-and-liver fire,heart-yang deficiency.Insufficient heart-yin type cures to nourish yin and reduce fire,nourish the heart and soothe the mind,add and subtract Zhigancao Decoction;Insufficient heart-qi type is used to replenish blood and nourish qi,nourish the heart and calm the nerves,and select Shengmai San to add flavor;heart-and-liver fire type`s treatment is to clear the liver and relieve fire,calm the heart and soothe the nerves,and select Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Zhusha Anshen Decoction;the heart-yang deficiency type is treated with warming yang and diuresis,calming the heart and soothing the mind,and choosing Zhenwu Decoction or Guizhi Gancao Decoction.3.The analysis of the frequency of drug use shows that the efficacy of the drug involves the categories of tonic drugs,activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs,and regulating qi.In descending order of frequency,salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice root,astragalus,keel,oyster,rehmannia glutinosa,red peony root,citrus aurantium,prunella vulgaris,turmeric,etc.4.The four-gas analysis frequency is cold,warm,calm,cool,hot and so on.The analysis frequency of five flavors is sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,salty,and astringent.The frequency of return meridian analysis is liver meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian and so on.5.Commonly used medicine pairs include roasted licorice and
