Clinical Research Of Qinghua Yudu Formula On Treating Alcoholic Hepatic Fibrosis Of Damp-Heat And Stasis-Toxic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qinghua Yudu Formula on alcoholic hepatic fibrosis of damp-heat and stasis-toxic syndrome.Methods60cases accorded with diagnostic criteria of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis and TCM syndrome of damp-heat and stasis-toxic were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was treated with Qinghua Yudu Formula while the control group was treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet. The course of treatment was three months. And main symptoms and signs, hepatic function and serum index of liver fibrosis before and after treatment were detected.Results After treatment, clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group got obviously improved or disappeared compared with before treatment, there were significant difference (P<0.05). And there has significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05). The hepatic function improved of the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment, and there were significant difference(P<0.01). While the improvement of ALT, AST, GGT and TBIL in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group(P<0.01, P<0.05).The improvement of serum hepatic fibrosis index HA,PCIII of both groups made significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01). While the im-provement of serum hepatic fibrosis index CIV,LN of treatment group made significant di-fference compared with that before treatment (P<0.01). There was also significant difference between the two groups on improvement of CⅣ and LN(P<0.05, P<0.01). Total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%, and control group was66.7%. Analyzed by Ridit, P<0.05, u=2.51, the difference between the two group was significant, indicating that the therapeutic effect of Qinghua Yudu Formula was better than control group.Conclusion On treating alcoholic hepatic fibrosis, Qinghua Yudu Formula made a good effect through improving clinical symptoms and signs, recovering hepatic function, resisting hepatic fibrosis and enhancing hepatic tissue repair. The total effective rate was93.3%.
