Studies On The Syndrome Classification Of Alcoholic Liver Fibrosis In TCM And On The Mechanisms Of Tiaoganlipi Formula Anti-Fibrorosis

The forming mechanisms of Alcoholic liver fibrosis(ALF) base on the activation of hepatic stellate cell, and is the reversible dynamic pathologic process of the increased synthesis and the relatively decreased degradation of ECM impelled by the liver effect cells through the reciprocity between the pathogenic genes and nosotropic genes. ALF is the intermediary from minor alcoholic liver disease, alcoholic fatty, alcoholic hepatitis to alcoholic liver cirrhosis. For its reversibility, it has been one of the hotspots in the present studies. Traditional Chinese medical(TCM) has the predominance and brilliance peculiarity in prevention and treatment for ALF.The paper is composed of three parts :the theoretical study ,the clinical research and the experimental study. There are two parts in the theoretical study, one summarized the cognition of the cause and mechanisms of alcoholic liver fibrosis by the theory of TCM and interpreted for Tutor TianDelu's learning thoughts; the other one discussed the research production of modern medicine about prevention and treatment for ALF.The clinical research was a multi-centre prospective experiment. According with the demand of epidemiology,199 cases of ALF among five different hospitals in China was inquested for syndrome distributing and the nosopoietic characteristic with the effective components analytic method.In the experimental study, experimental rats of ALF were observed for the physical and pathologic indexes in order to discuss the pathogenesis during the startup and developmental period .Besides, experimental rats of ALF were cured by Tiaoganlipi Formula and researched for the anti-fibrosis in pharmacodynamics. So that to provide theoretical basis and by zooperal datum about the prevention and treatment for ALF in TCM.The methods of the experimental study:1.120 clean class wistar rats were fed of the compound in the proportion of distilledspirit4.8g/(kg·d),pyrazole24mg/(kg·d),maize oil2ml/(kg·d),with high fat feedstuff(common feedstuff: cholesterol: lard=79%:1%:20%)to make the animal models of ALF.
