Objectives: To explore the effect of impulse oscillometry and end expiratory pressure ventilation technology in the diagnosis of OSA. Methods: Patients have snoring or suspected OSA of patients with hypertension from January to December 2014 were underwent polysomnography examination, 121 cases were selected as the research objects, including 77 OSA patients, 44 non-OSA patients. The subjects were tested by NEP and IOS, and the consistency between the results of NEP and IOS was analyzed, and the consistency between the results of the two and the PSG was analyzed. Results:OSA patients with supine horizontal expiratory airflow limitation and the degree of AHI has significant correlation(R=0.703, R2=0.48, P<0.01,95%CI:0.471-0.683).X5 more than 21%cut-off point, IOS predicts OSA the sensitivity was 72.5%, specificity was 83.9%.AHI(n/h) and frequency is 5Hz, 10 Hz respiratory resistance R5, R10 and resistance against X5,X10 has a significant correlation(R2=0.164, R=0.405, P<0.01,95%CI:54.493-130.304;R2=0.161, R=0.401, P<0.01,95%CI:84.860-156.569; R2=0.46, R=0.678, P<0.01,95%CI:182.931-272.463; R2=0.089, R=0.298, P<0.01,95% CI:-218.555--57.785).Expiratory flow limitation degree and frequency is 5Hz, 10 Hz respiratory resistance R5, R10 and resistance against X5, X10 has a significant correlation(R2=0.137, R=0.370, P<0.01,95%CI:37.858-101.114; R2=0.113, R=0.347, P<0.01,95%CI: 39.990-117.141; R2=0.490,R=0.703, P<0.01,95%CI: 158.205-229.411;R2=0.075,R=0.287, P<0.01,95%CI:-175.803--43.294). Conclusions:NEP and IOS have important value in predicting OSA.
