Clinical Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke With The Treatment Of Spastic Paralysis

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to use jiaji points for the treatment of ischenmic stroke spastic limb paralysis paralysis(blood stasis),and the control group were observes and conpared,the clinical curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the conetrol group,to provide more options for the treatment of spastic paralysis of limbs in patients with ischemic stroke treated by Acupuncture.Methods:Selected cases according to inclusion ctiteria,the simple randomized grouping method was divided into the experimental group and the control group,two groups of30 cases.experimental group using the acupuncture points,the control group used traditional acupuncure,curative effect was observed after 1course of treatment.to evaluate the cura-Tive effect of the treatment results,and the relevant data were statis-Tically analyzed.Results:Limb spastic paralysis treated with the acupuncture points in the treatment of ischemic stroke,treatment of limb spasm in ischemic stroke patients with tradional acupuncture group.On the CSIscore scale,after treatment,the two groups were treated with p>0.05,there was no significant difference in the improvement of lower limbs after treatment between the experimental group and the controlr group after treatment CSI.On the MAS score scale,after treatment,the two groups were treated with p>0.05,The results showed that there was a significant difference in the improvement of the lower limbs of CSI after treatment between the experimental group and control group.On the revised Barthel index rating scale,after treatment,the two groups were treated with p>0.05,The results showed that there was a significant difference in the improvement of the lower limbs of CSI after treatment between the experimental group and control group.In the Fugl-Meyer rating scale,after treatment,the two groups were treated with p>0.05,The results showed that there was a significant difference in the improvement of the lower limbs of CSI after treatment between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion:The study shows that treatment of ischemic limb spastic paralysis with the traditional acupuncture point group can relieve the spasm of the limbs.there were no significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of lower limbs,but in the upper limb spastic hemiplegia,the acupuncture points were more obvious than that in the control group.
