Clinical Study Of Selective Spinal Massage Therapy On Children With Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea

ObjectiveTo observe the selective spinal massage therapy effect of children with antibiotic associated diarrhea,comparing with oral microecologis Golden Bifidobacterium Agents,aims to explore a kind of safety,better curiative and shorter course treatment which is easily accepted by patients.Methods60 infants who were diagnosed noninfectious diarrhea were divided into experiment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).The experimental group were treated by selective spinal massage therapy while the control group was given oral probiotics microecologics golden bifidobactorium agents.Observed the improvement of the two groups of diarrhea symptom integral and diarrhea count,each group of the treanment course and efficacy.And evaluated its clinical safety of each group.Then analyzed the televant data.Results1.Before treatment,the patients gender and age of patiens,with the situatioan of antibiotic and diarrhea symptom integral.There were no significant difference.2.The diarrhea symptom integral respect,integral was decrease before and after treatment(P﹤0.05).The integral of experimental group is less than control group after treatment.The integral improvement of experimental is better than control group,which include stool frequency and form,abdominal distention,anorexia,mental sttus(P﹤0.05).Two groups of the abdominal pain,nausea and vount symptom were no significant differences(P﹥0.05).3.The stool frequency of two groups were reduce,but the improvement of experimental group is better than control group after treatment(P﹤0.05).4.After treatment,children with experiment group 15 cases were cured,6 cases had marked effect,6 cases were effective,ineffective 3 cases,total effective rate wasshowed 90%. The control group with 7 cases were cured,8 cases was markedly improvement,effective 10 cases,5 cases had no effect,total ehhcetive tate 80%.The total effective of experiment group is better than control group and with significant difference(P﹤0.05).ConclusionSelective spinal massage therapy which used to improve diarrhea symptom and stool frequency is better than oral microecologics,safety and accepted to children,has higer total effective,which is worthy clinical popularizing and application.
