Objective:By a clinical epidemiological method, use research methods 1ike frequency analysis, principal components analysis, cluster analysis, summarize really and objectively the professor Wang Xixing’s TCM rule of treatment on esophageal cancer based on syndrome differentiation and followed the line of symptoms, syndrome,treatment principle, and prescriptions. For TCM treatment on esophageal cancer provide objective and scientific basis.Methods:All cases are esophageal cancer patients, from professor Wang Xixing clinic,May 2014 to May 2015 between oncology department of Shanxi Province academy of traditional Chinese medicine, select cases included in the standard, use the epidemiology survey method to collect patients’ general condition, symptoms and signs,treatment, and prescriptions. After the investigation, all the data collect and input to a database of Excel, then use SPSS19.0 statistical software to analysis. Using frequency statistics to describe the general information on esophageal cancer patients and medication rule, use the methods of Cluster Analysis and Principal components Analysis to analysis symptoms and signs, combining with traditional Chinese medicine theory to induce the TCM syndrome type of esophageal carcinoma.Results:1. According to statistics of this study,the incidence of elderly men with esophageal cancer is significantly higher than women, and the esophageal cancer patients of impatience and depression has obvious aggregation phenomenon.2. Through Cluster Analysis and Principal components Analysis, the common clinical syndrome types of esophageal cancer are the syndrome of phlegm heat exchange, the syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach, the syndrome of liver stomach Yin deficiency and the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency,the proportion were 15.5%、36.1%、26.5%、21.9%.3. Early esophageal cancer with the syndrome of phlegm heat exchange by most,accounted for 48.8%, middle in the key of the syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach is proportion of 48.6%, late with the most is the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency, at 46.4%; Compared with the period between esophageal cancer radiotherapy group, patients after radiotherapy with the syndrome of phlegm heat exchange and tthe syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach decreased significantly, however, the liver and stomach Yin deficiency syndrome and the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency increased by 23.1% and 3.8%to 37.9% and 31.0% respectively.4. In collected 219 prescriptions, regulating qi-flowing medicine use most, 854 frequency, followed by medicine of fights and invigoration, eliminating dampness and promoting blood medicine of again.5. Use descriptive statistical methods respectively for each type of drug on the frequency statistics, summarizes professor Wang Xixing diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer medication experience through accordance with the frequency of medicine.Conclusion:1. The incidence of esophageal cancer is closely related to the modern factors,including irritable with depressive personality more susceptible crowd.2. Combining with clustering analysis and experience of professor Wang Xixing,TCM syndrome type of esophageal cancel distribution is the syndrome of phlegm heat exchange, the syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach,the syndrome of liver stomach Yin deficiency and the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency, spleen deficient and Qi stagnation syndrome is the most common,followed by liver stomach Yin deficiency syndrome.3. TCM syndrome types of esophageal cancel related to the clinical stages and treatment stage. Early with the syndrome of phlegm heat exchange by most, middle in the key of sthe syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach, late with the most is the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency; During the radiotherapy patients, syndrome type in phlegm heat exchange syndrome and the syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach by each other is given priority to,the syndrome of end radiotherapy patients is more than the syndrome of liver stomach Yin deficiency and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, no radiotherapy patients with the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and the syndrome of spleen deficient and noharmonious of liver stomach is the most common.4.
