In recent years, the body sensory training is a new content in sports, which is different from the traditional muscle training in function, function, method and requirement. Current research on proprioception is far from meeting the training needs, a lot of proprioception of focus in the fields of medicine and rehabilitation, such as rehabilitation training after injury of athletes and rehabilitation treatment in elderly patients with various diseases and joint injury, for the few studies involving sports research, and there are also many problems in theory and practical application of proprioception. With the development of the times,people have a certain degree of physical education and the importance of sports is more and more high, the body feel the training is bound to be more attention. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a more thorough and detailed research on its function, function, load and method, and to form a complete training system.This study selected Capital Institute of physical education 30 students majored in dance sport, as the object of study. At last, the experiment began before 4 people quit, 26 were enrolled in this study, subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=13)people and the control group(n = 13). On experimental group for a period of around the ladder combined training, control group without intervention training, training content mainly includes the sensitivity of lower extremity exercises, lower extremity strength of two aspects of practice, the experimental group and the control group removed normal outside have no other training system. Before the training, test and statistics of 26 Sports Dance Majors knee joint proprioception, training for four weeks after the end of the re test and statistics to participate in the training of the 26 Sports Dance Majors knee joint proprioception, after the end of the training data and training before the number according to the comparisons and analysis to summarize the effect of ladder training on 26 Sports Dance Majors in knee joint proprioception sensation, research and training after the intervention of Sports Dance Majors proprioception of the knee joint is improved, in order to provide reference for the study of sports training and proprioceptive. After a semester of work, has been around the intervention training all completed and will be trained before and after the test results were statistically analyzed and written papers.Through around ladder combination training before and after the intervention of the test indicators of statistical analysis: sports dance students in knee joint active position sense, static balance test results are different, the experimental group right knee is 60 DEG active position sense; experimental group face forward, eyes open, single foot standing equilibrium line total length; facing forward, eyes closed, single foot standing balanced elliptical area of the three test results compared with those before training weresignificantly improved. That ladder combination training of Sports Dance Majors knee proprioception has certain enhancement effect.
