Purposes: To explore the application of PRP platelet-rich plasma injection technology combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of sports knee joint injury,and to observe the efficacy comparison of patients in the degree of pain,flexion activity and motor function of the affected side of the knee.Methods: From May 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with sports knee injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given physical factor therapy combined with rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given PRP intra-articular injection combined with rehabilitation training.Before treatment,the differences of age,gender,disease type and the affected side were compared between the two groups.At the same time,visual analogue scale(VAS),Lequesne index score,Western Ontario and Mc Master University Osteoarthritis Index score(WOMAC)and range of motion of knee joint were used to evaluate the pain,range of motion and function of knee joint before and8 weeks after treatment.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,Lequesne index score and WOMAC score of the experimental group and the control group were evaluated by independent sample t test,P value was less than 0.01,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant.VAS score,Lequesne index score and WOMAC score decreased in both groups after treatment,and range of motion of knee joint increased in both groups after treatment,indicating that the symptoms were alleviated.Through the comparative analysis of VAS score,Lequesne index score and WOMAC score after treatment,the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the effect of the experimental group was better.Conclusion: 1.PRP injection combined with rehabilitation training and physical factors combined with rehabilitation training have significant effect on the treatment of sports knee injury.2.PRP injection combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of sports knee injury,and has the characteristics of quick effect and good curative effect.It is superior to physical factor combined with rehabilitation training in VAS score,range of motion,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index score and Lequesne injury score.
