Objective To construct a nursing rescue position competence evaluation system in emergency.To investigate the rescue position competence of nursing staff in emergency,realize their competence,analysis of existing problems and put forward measures to finalize the system.The system can provide the theoretical foundation for developing a scientific and reasonable training plan for nursing staff to participate in emergency rescue work and improve the overall quality.Methods Through consulting literature,theoretical analysis and research team discussion,establishing an expert consultation questionnaire for the nursing rescue position competence evaluation index system in emergency.The Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of consultation questionnaires.The SPSS21.0 software was used to process the data,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the indexes at all levels,and the AHP was realized by the Yaahp10.5 software.Finally,the nursing rescue position competence evaluation index system in emergency was constructed.According to the final index connotation of nursing rescue position competence evaluation index system in emergency,the self-evaluation questionnaire of nursing staff rescue position competence in emergency was compiled.The registered nursing staff of Grade 3A Hospital in Jinzhou City were selected by random sampling method to carry out the questionnaire survey.T-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used to study the differences and influencing factors of nursing staff's rescue position competence in emergency.Results The enthusiasm of experts,the degree of authority and the degree of coordination of opinions are all relatively high.The positive coefficient of experts' opinion of the two rounds of expert consultation are 95.24% and 100.00%.The coefficient of experts' authority are 0.898 and 0.908,the coefficient of experts' coordination is 0.255 ~ 0.467(P < 0.01).The final nursing rescue position competence evaluation index system in emergency includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,54 third-level indicators.Using AHP to determine the weight of the indexes at all levels and carrying on consistency test.The coefficient of consistency test of each judgment matrix in this study is 0.0000~0.0668(all < 0.1),which shows that the evaluation system constructed in this study accords with consistency test,and the judgement matrix is constructed reasonably.According to the nursing position competence evaluation index system in emergency,the self-evaluation questionnaire of nursing staff rescue position competence has good reliability and validity.The total Cronbach's ? coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.974,the test-retest reliability is 0.976;the questionnaire is compiled by the third-level indicators of the evaluation index system which is determined by Delphi method,ensures that the questionnaire has good content validity.By t-test and one-way anova,it is concluded that there are differences in the emergency rescue position competence of nursing staff with different ages,working ages,departments and education levels.The nursing staff's emergency rescue position competence,who have participated in emergency rescue work on the spot,emergency rescue training,academic conferences or relevant continuing education courses is higher than those without rescue experience or training experience.By multiple linear regression analysis,it is concluded that the influencing factors of nursing staff's position competence in emergency are:age,working age,education level,ever participating in emergency rescue work on the spot and ever involving in the emergency rescue training,academic conferences or relevant continuing education courses.Conclusions The nursing rescue position competence evaluation system in emergency of this study has a good reliability.It can provide the theoretical foundation for working out a training plan for nursing staff to participate in emergency rescue work on the spot and develop emergency training education.The investigation shows that the rescue position competence of nursing staff in emergency is at the qualified level,the necessary professional technology,professional ability and comprehensive quality of individual are obviously insufficient.In order to strengthen the rescue position competence of nursing staff in emergency,it is necessary to organize and arrange them to participate in the emergency training,to improve the overall quality.Training high-quality rescue personnel,which is one of the effective means to reduce the loss of emergencies.
