Objective: Observe the clinical effect of influence of xingqi tannikaer tablet on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after appendectomy, through the observation of which on the defecation and exhaustion time as well as other related symptoms, to further explore the curative effect of recovery of gastrointestinal function after appendectomy, To evaluate the efficacy and safety of xingqi tannikaer tablet on gastrointestinal function recovery after appendectomy. Method : 80 cases with appendectomy were collected between January in 2015 and March in 2016 from Department of general surgery, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Uygur Medicine Hospital,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases),each group of patients with the same preoperative preparation, anesthesia, surgical approach,postoperative nursing the control group, close observation of vital signs, fasting water,anti-inflammatory, rehydration, encourage early ambulation, treatment group after the conventional treatment of postoperative 6 hours to give xingqi tannikaer tablet three times a day, three tablets every time. We call observe the time of two groups with the recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction, and estimate those numerical data by statistical significance.Then we can draw the conclusion that whether the xingqi tannikaer tablets have an effect on the restoration of gastrointestinal function after appendectomy. Result:al of two groups of patients were continuous epidural anesthesia, the preoperative general condition, age, gender, body fat index and classification of appendicitis are comparable.The recovery time of bowel sound:treatment group is(18.58±4.48)h and the control group is(48. 004-2. 47)h, The passage of gas by anus time: treatment group is(24.73±7.38)h and the control group is(34.86±7.57)h, The first defecate time afteroperation: treatment group is(34.04±8.64)h and the control group is(49.12±10.01)h, after statistical treat, we can see the tow groups have significant difference in recovery time of bowel sound 、 passage of gas by anus time and the first defecate time after operation. Incidence rate of abdominal distention: treatment group is 8 cases and the control group is 21 cases, Incidence rate of nausea and disgorging after abdominal operation: treatment group is 7 cases and the control group is 19 cases, After statistical treat, we also Can see the tow groups have significant difference in the incidence rate of abdominal distention and bowel obstruction(P<0.05), for the postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension the improvement in treatment group are better than control one with P<0.05.The first rate of wound healing in treatment group is 33 cases and the control group is 31 cases,.The second rate of wound healing in treatment group is3 cases and the control group is 3 cases, The third rate of wound healing in treatment group is 4 cases and the control group is 6 cases, After statistical treat,we also Can see the tow groups have no significant difference in the grade of wound heal. Conclusion:1.The xingqi tannikaer tablet Can decurtate the time of bowel soud、passage of gas by anus time and the first defecate time after operation.2. The xingqi tannikaer tablet can improve postoperative abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and other related symptoms, It is helpful for promoting recovcry of gastrointestinal function after surgery. 3.The xingqi tannikaer tablet have no effect on the elevate of wound heal grade.4.
