| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Professor YaoShen Huang's Jianpi Xingqi Decoction,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after colon cancer surgery,and to evaluate its clinical application in the promotion of gastrointestinal function recovery after colon cancer surgery Provide a scientific basis for the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal surgery to provide new ideas and directions.Methods: Sixty patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine group)And control group(conventional control group),30 cases each.On the basis of postoperative basic treatment,patients in the test group began oral administration of Professor Yaoshen Huang's Jianpi Xingqi Decoction on the first day after operation,twice daily for 100 ml.The control group was given postoperative routine basic treatment of colorectal cancer.Both groups began the auscultation record of bowel sounds recovery time on the first day after operation.The patients' and their families recorded the time of the first anal exhaust and the time of the first defecation.The data were collected and collected by specialized personnel to collect and analyze the data.All data results preclude the use of SPSS 22.0 statistical software for analysis to assess the Chinese medicine Oral Professor Yaoshen Huang's Jianpi Xingqi Decoction on the promotion of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with colon cancer recovery is effective.Results: A total of 67 eligible patients were enrolled in this study.Seven patients were excluded and 60 patients were finally enrolled in the study.There were 30 patients in the trial group,including 15 males(50%)and 15 females(50%),with an average age 59.73 ± 8.32 years,the average anesthesia time was 4.07 ± 0.41 hours,the average operation time was 3.01 ± 0.42 hours,and 30 cases were normal control group(50%)and 15 women(50%),with an average age of 60.13 ± 6.92 years,The time of anesthesia was 4.03 ± 0.51 hours and the operation time was 3.13 ± 0.44 hours.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The control group was given routine postoperative treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Xingqi Decoction for the first time after operation.After observation and comparison,the mean bowel sound recovery time of Jianpi Xingqi Decoction group was 25.47 ± 5.22 hours,the average time of the first anal vent was 43.49 ± 8.04 hours,and the average first defecation time was 91.30 ± 9.63 hours.The mean recovery time of bowel sounds was 36.07 ± 3.24 hours in the control group,55.27 ± 4.99 hours in the first anus and 116.87 ± 7.51 hours in the average defecation time.By comparison,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and no obvious adverse drug reactions,including systemic and local reactions,were observed in the two groups during the whole course of treatment.Conclusion:Professor Yaoshen Huang's Jianpi Xingqi Decoction can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with colon cancer.It is safe and effective and can be used in clinical practice.It provides a new method for rapid recovery after gastrointestinal surgery Train of thought and direction. |
