Comparative Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Between Laparoscopic And Open Radical Gastrectomy For Uighur Obese Patients With Gastric Cancer

Objective:To investigate the Uighur obese patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric gastrectomy recent clinical efficacy. Methods:From January 2012 to December 2014,101 Uighur obese patients with gastric cancer were performed Gastrectomy in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery in patients undergoing situation and recent clinical efficacy.The results:Laparoscopic surgery(n=38), open surgery(n=63). Laparoscopy group and open group in operation time, number of lymph node dissection was no significant difference(P>0.05). Laparotomy group and laparoscopic postoperative complication rate was 12.7% and 13.2% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), two groups in hospitalization time, blood loss, the flatus mirrors group less than laparotomy group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), all patients in both groups showed no tumor specimens residual tumor margin.101 patients were follow-up, does not appear lost, the cause mortality showed there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:Laparoscopic gastric applied Uygur obese patients is feasible and safe, it can maintain the advantages of minimally invasive endoscopic clinical efficacy in terms.
