Purpose:In our country,Cerebrovascular Disease has become one of the most common diseases that threaten human life and health,Cerebral Infarction occupies almost 70% of all Cerebral Vascular Diseases;serum uric acid and serum bilirubin as the body's final metabolites, has been used as useless Metabolites, until recent years some studies have found they play a important role in the Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease occurred in the development. In this study, the levels of serum uric acid and serum bilirubin in patients with Cerebral Infarction and Non-Cerebral Infarction were compared,to find the concentration of serum bilirubin and serum uric acid in patients with cerebral infarction. And in order to find more related factors of Cerebral Infarction, and ultimately provide more intervention targets for the prevention and treatment of Cerebral InfarctionMethod:1.Data collection: In this study,we selected 188 patients with Cerebral Infarction who were diagnosed in Department of Neurology,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017,as a member of the Cerebral Infarction group. The Physical Examination Center of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital.Routine physical examination of non-cerebral infarction as a non-cerebral infarction group were controlled study,Case data collection was strictly carried out according to the inclusion criteria, including cerebral infarction group of men with 128,60 women, the average age is 66.80 ± 12.77 years old.In the non cerebral infarction group, there were 102 males and 86 females, with an average age of58.81 + 15.92 years.During hospitalization patients with cerebral infarction should be diagnosed and collected complete case information. The non-cerebral infarction group collected the relevant physical examination data in the physical examination center.2.Experimental design:(1)The information of cerebral infarction group and the information of non cerebral infarction group were collected in time and after admission,(name, sex, age, onset time, vital signs, past history, smoking history, alcohol history, serum uric acid value, serum bilirubin value, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol,Triglycerides, blood homocysteine and other laboratory indicators),and ultimately the cerebral infarction group and non-cerebral infarction group correlation analysis.(2)Patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in the NIHSS score by the physician of the Department of Neurology.Further grouped according to the NIHSS score. The above two groups were divided into non cerebral infarction group(non NIHSS score),The NIHSS score no higher than 4 were mild cerebral infarction group,The NIHSS score is no less than 5 for severe cerebral infarction; The above three groups were compared with each other to observe whether there was correlation between serum uric acid and serum bilirubin in non cerebral infarction patients and mild cerebral infarction patients and moderate and severe cerebral infarction patients.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in gender and age between the non-cerebral infarction group and the cerebral infarction group. The history of hypertension, history of diabetes mellitus, smoking and drinking were statistically analyzed between the non-cerebral infarction group and the cerebral infarction group. The results showed statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The effects of DBIL,IBIL,UA,HCY,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C on the incidence of cerebral infarction were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the incidence of cerebral infarction The effect was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(3)There were significant differences in the concentration of blood biochemical indexes in the patients with different severity of cerebral infarction, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)There were 188 cases of cerebral infarction group.Among them,Patients were divided into groups according to whether or not there was a history of hypertension or whether or not they had diabetes,The serum bilirubin and serum uric acid concentration between the two groups were compared,The results showed that cerebral infarction patients with hypertension history were compared with cerebral infarction patients without hypertension history,The difference of serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin concentration was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison of cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction without diabetes mellitus,There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin and serum uric acid concentration(P > 0.05).(5)Serum bilirubin levels were linearly related to blood homocysteine, triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with cerebral infarction,The results showed that there was a positive linear correlation between serum homocysteine and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)and serum uric acid(UA) concentration;Triglyceride is positively linearly related to serum uric acid(UA)concentration; The concentration of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was positively related to the concentration of serum total bilirubin(TBIL)and the concentration of indirect bilirubin(IBIL);The concentration of low density lipoprotein cholesterol was positively related to the concentration of indirect bilirubin(IBIL),but the concentrations of direct bilirubin(DBIL)and serum uric acid(UA)were negatively correlated with concentration.(6)The demographic characteristics, lifestyle, past medical history, blood biochemical parameters and the occurrence of cerebral infarction in all participants in the study were analyzed by multivariate unconditional Logistic regression,The results showed that the independent correlation between age, smoking, drinking, direct bilirubin, serum uric acid, triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, residence and cerebral infarction.Conclusion:1.Hypertension history, history of diabetes, smoking, drinking can promote the incidence of cerebral infarction, the above factors to give a positive intervention can be on the treatment of cerebral infarction, prevention has a significant role.2.In addition to TBIL,the biochemical indexes such as DBIL,IBIL,UA,HCY,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C to the incidence of cerebral infarction were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The level of serum uric acid in patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in non-cerebral infarction group. The levels of serum uric acid in patients with different cerebral infarction were different. In the range of a certain concentration, the more severe the serum uric acid and serum bilirubin; But when a certain concentration level, serum bilirubin and serum uric acid on the incidence of disease had no significant effect.4.Serum bilirubin levels in patients with hypertension are significantly higher than those without hypertension,It suggests that hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction can increase serum bilirubin concentration in many ways.So in the face of the cerebral infarction patients with hypertension,We should pay more attention to the change of serum bilirubin concentration,Providing help for the next treatment and prognosis?5.After the cerebral infarction patients serum bilirubin, serum uric acid and other blood biochemical index concentration linear correlation analysis found : Serum uric acid was positively related to serum homocysteine and triglyceride, however,it was negatively correlated with low density lipoprotein cholesterol; There was a positive linear correlation between indirect bilirubin and blood homocysteine,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.6.After multiple factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis of the independent factors related to age, smoking, alcohol consumption, direct bilirubin, serum uric acid, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, residence and cerebral infarction.
