Objective:To explore the clinical features of hematological system damage caused by cytomegalovirus infection in childrenMethods:Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data, such as gender、age、symptoms and signs、course、complication、blood routine、bone marrow examination、immune function、treatment、hospital days、prognosis and so on,of the CMV infection children who was hospitalized in our hospital children hematology department in 2014 November to 2015 December.Relevant data use the statistical software of SPSS to count, different gender, age, incidence, symptoms and signs, auxiliary examination use constituent ratio, rate of descriptive statistics and median method, non normal distribution data using the chi square test,P < 0.05 express the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The proportion of male to female CMV infection in our study was 1.23:1,multiple in nurseling, the average age of onset was 9.53±6.75 months.2.The incidence of CMV infection was mainly in autumn and winter, accounting for 71.14%.3.hematological system damage associated with children cytomegalovirus infection in our study has few hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenopathy, only 7.46%.4.In 67 patients with ematological system damage associated with children cytomegalovirus infection, peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio increased and neutrophils reduced was primary, secondly was platelet decreased, respectively, accounting for impairment of hematological system was 100%, 77.61% and 58.21%,then followed by atypical lymphocyte and anemia, accounted for 44.83% and 36.07%,respectively.5.In this study, thrombocytopenia caused by CMV infection main was mainly by severe and very severe, female children more than male.6.in this study,CMV infection make peripheral blood prone to monosystem or double system abnormal, mainly with white blood cell and platelet abnormal.7. The study of CMV infection in children with abnormal hematological system was mostly treated by ganciclovir or gamma globulin,95.08% of the patients was recovery, and the prognosis was well. Conclusions : 1.reticuloendothelial system in hematological system damage associated with children cytomegalovirus infection was not significant.2. hematological system damage associated with children cytomegalovirus infection primely was peripheral blood lymphocytes increased and the decrease of neutrophil, followed by thrombocytopenia, than was atypical lymphocyte and anemia.3.hematological system damage associated with children cytomegalovirus infection mostly maybe caused by immune disorders, damage blood cells, followed by the influence the bone marrow hematopoietic cells.
