Objective:To analyze the influence factors of cardiac arrhythmia after pneumonectomy and search for the prophylaxis of postoperative cardiac arrhythmia.Method:The clinical records of a total of 273 patients who underwent pneumonectomy at the department of Thoracic Surgery of China-Japan Union Hospital Affiliated Jilin University from September first,2010 to December 31st,2015 were analyzed. A retrospective study was performed to demonstrate the relationship between cardiac arrhythmia and gender, age, smoking, diabetes, electrolyte disturbances, pathological results,FEV1/FVC/Pred,MVV/Pred, different surgical methods and pericardial resection. Results:Among 273 patjents. there were 186 patients with postoperative cardiac arrhythmja(68.1%). The age, electrolyte disturbances, FEV1/FVC/Pred and pathological results are risk factors of cardiac arrhythmia after pneumonectomy. The cardiac arrhythmia wasn’t related to gender, smoking, diabetes, MVV/Pred. The incidence of arrhythmia were significantly higher in pericardial resection than conventional resection which is statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Postoperative cardiac arrhythmias are common complications in patients after pneumonectomy, especially in patients who is elder, having electrolyte disturbances, poor pulmonary function or taking pericardial resection. The operative procedure is closely related to postoperative arrhythmia.
