Study On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis By Professor Xie Jing Ri Based On Date Mining

Objective:Using the method of data mining, the treatment of ulcerative colitis by Professor Xie Jing was studied retrospectively.Methods:The subject by Professor xiejingri in January 2010 to December 2015 period of ulcerative colitis cases collection, collation, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria were screened and will comply with the conditions of 123 cases (123 diagnosis of medical)records of clinical data using Excel and SAS software to complete medical record collection, stored in the database, and for data descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and association rules analysis method of data mining. And the research results are analyzed, discussed and summarized.Results:1.In 123 cases,62 cases were female and 61 were male. The avera ge age was 40.29 years. The summary statistics of drug were used 121 herbs, using the total number of 2277 times, which the use of high fre quency for Chaihu, Baizhu, Cangzhu, Yiyiren, Buguzhi, Roudoukou nut meg.2.From the point of view of the four properties of medicinal, warm medicine and herbs with cold nature of the use of high frequency; te mperature of drug use frequency highest total 50.02%, more than half. I n the five point of view, bitter, pungent, sour taste of the higher freq uency of use, the highest frequency of the use of bitter drugs, a total of 39.76%. From the point of view of drug meridian, into the spleen, s tomach, spleen and stomach by most drug use frequency, about 44.88%, accounting for about half of. From the drug efficacy point of view the most commonly used drugs, accounting for 18.31% of the total ratio.3.In addition,through the research and analysis of association rules to obtain the 68 rules of the association rules (that is,68), Among the m, there were 24 association rules with two combinations of 2 drugs, a nd the highest level of support.Chaihuâ†'Baizu, Baizuâ†'Chaihu.Three ass ociation rules of the 21 drug combination, the highest degree of support of the 3 rules were:Yiyirenâ†'Baizu+Chaihu; Baizuâ†'Yiyiren+Chaihu; Ba izu+Yiyirenâ†'Chaihu.Four association rules of 13 drug combinations, the highest degree of support of the 3 were:Baizu+Cangzhu+Yiyirenâ†'Chaih u,:Baizu+Cangzhuâ†'Yiyiren+Chaihu, Cangzhu+Yiyiren+Chaihuâ†'Baizu.Conclusion:1.Chaihu, Baizhu,Cangzhu, Yiyiren, Buguzhi, Roudoukou,nutmeg is Xie Jing Ri, Professor of treatment of ulcerative colitis core drugs.2.
