Traditional Chinese Medicine Cycle Therapy To Treat The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Female ACNE

Objective:Observe and explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)cycle therapy for type of depression heat in the liver meridian and disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels female acne.Method:72 female sufferers who matched the inclusion criteria with the type ofdepression heat in the liver meridian and disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 patients in each group. The test group took the self-made smoothing liver and dispel toxin decoction in premenstrual period and another self-made enrich water and clear heat decoction in postmenstrual.Control group was treated to take Shugan granule and Xiaocuo pills in premenstrual period and take LiuweiDihuang pills and Xiaocuo pills in postmenstrual.Observe the score of skin lesions before and after clinical treatment,and systemic accompanying symptoms score.Result:1.The skin lesions subsided rate of treatment group was obviously better than control group. And the treatment group total effective rate was 94.4%, total effective rate was 77.8% in the control group. Two groups of curative effect comparison has obvious difference (P< 0.05).2.Compare before and after the treatment, two groups of patients was detected the skin lesions number, shape, color, the pain of score, sebum overflow and systemic accompanying symptoms score, all have significant difference (P<0.05), the comparison between two groups of patients after treatment group, are also statistically significant (P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy can effective treatment the type of depression heat in the liver meridian and disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels,and to improve the before and after treatment of skin lesion and the whole body with symptoms.2.Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy is a safe and effective treatment to treatment the type of depression heat in the liver meridian and disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels.
