| Objective:by observing the clinical curative effect and the serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 level changes, clinical, laboratory index of the two aspects of research, a preliminary discussion mechanism of YUGUININGXUNTANG in treatingwind-cold type hives.Methods:in October January 2015 to 2015, in Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine; the First Affiliated Hospital of dermatology outpatient collected with cold urticaria patients 90 cases, and randomized way, were divided into two groups. Treatment group taking jade guining Qian Decoction; control group treated with mizolastine sustained release tablets in. A total of 8 weeks of treatment, respectively to after the drug at the end of the 4th week and 8th week, by the number of observed wheal, size, duration, seizure frequency, pruritus level in five aspects of clinical curative effect judgement. At the same time after 8 weeks of treatment by ELISA method for the determination of IL-6 in serum of patients with, changes in the level of IL-8.Result:1.4 treatment weeks, the treatment group cured 14 cases, markedly effective in 21 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 0 cases, the total effective rate was 77.8%; the control group cured 16 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, ineffective in 1 cases, the total effective rate for 82.2%. were no significant difference (P>0.05).2. At the end of the 8th week, the treatment group cured 32 cases,10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases,1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.3%, control group,17 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective, effective in 6 cases, invalid in 6 cases, the total efficiency of 73.3%, respectively. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05).3. After 8 weeks of treatment, jade guining Qian Tang reduce IL-6 and IL-8 effect more obvious, the use of jade guining Qian Tang treatment group is superior to the use of mizolastine in the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.YuGuiNingXunTang is the effective prescription for treating wind-cold type hives.2.YuGuiNingXunTang may treat wind-cold type hives mainly accommodate the humoral and cell-mediated immunity by the means of reduce the level of IL-6, IL-8. |
