| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shoulder coagulation decoction combined with functional exercise and oral celecoxib combined with functional exercise in the treatment of wind cold dampness paralysis periarthritis of shoulder,and to preliminarily explore the clinical application value of shoulder coagulation decoction,so as to provide a basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine shoulder coagulation decoction.Methods: 60 patients were selected from the outpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology department of anhui provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to February 2019.The patients were strictly screened according to the standard,and were divided into the treatment group(30 patients)and the control group(30 patients)by random number table method.And with the card to add and subtract,the control group oral celecoxib combined with functional exercise,one at a time,two times a day,two groups are in 2 weeks for a period of treatment,observation of two period of treatment,the two groups of patients before taking gender,age,of shoulder,course,VAS pain score,CMS function scores,records,first shoulder joint mobility and statistical analysis,rule out the difference of two groups.VAS pain score,CMS function score and range of motion of the joints of the patients in the two groups were recorded after taking the medicine for 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.The indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.The gender,age,course of disease and disease site of the two groups of patients before taking the medicine were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0,and P was greater than 0.05,showing comparability.2.VAS score: After statistical analysis of the scores of the two groups before treatment,the data of the two groups were in line with the normal distribution,P > 0.05,and the data of the two groups were comparable.The two groups after 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,respectively,compared with before treatment,after the t test,P less than 0.05,has the difference before and after shows that both groups can relieve patients’ pain,but after 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment the comparison between groups,after independent samples t test,P < 0.05,there is significantly statistical differences,illustrates the treatment group in improving the patient’s pain is better than that in control group.3.CMS score: After statistical analysis of the scores of the two groups before treatment,the data of the two groups were in line with the normal distribution,P > 0.05,without statistical significance and comparability.The two groups after 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,respectively,compared with before treatment,after the t test,P less than 0.05,before and after 2 weeks treatment,4 weeks have difference,suggests that in the two groups were significantly improved in patients with shoulder joint function,but for 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment the comparison between groups,after statistical analysis,P < 0.01,explain in terms of improving shoulder joint function in patients with shoulder condensed soup than celecoxib group.4.Shoulder range of motion: After statistical analysis of the data of the two groups before treatment,P > 0.05 showed no significant difference,with comparability.After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,compared with before treatment,paired t-test showed that P < 0.05,both groups of treatment can improve the patient’s shoulder range of motion.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that with the deepening of the course of treatment,the shoulder coagulation decoction combined with functional exercise group improved the range of motion of the joints better.5.Clinical efficacy: In the treatment group,11 cases were cured,14 cases were significantly effective,4 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.7%.In the control group,7 cases were cured,9 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.After rank-sum test,Z=-2.15 and P=0.031 < 0.05 were obtained,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Shoulder condensed soup with functional exercise with celecoxib in the treatment of functional exercise in the clinical application of the wind cold dampness type certification of periarthritis of shoulder,has a good curative effect,but the former is more can relieve the pain of patients,and can better improve the patient’s shoulder joint function,and has no reaction,shoulder setting soup has great value in clinical use,is worth popularizing in clinical. |
