Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Wind-cold-dampness Type Knee Osteoarthritis With The Addition And Subtraction Of Xuanbi Tang

Objective:To observe the effect of oral Xuanbi decoction on relieving pain and improving TCM symptoms and knee function joint in patients with wind-cold and dampness-type knee osteoarthritis,and to provide an effective treatment method for patients with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis,and to improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and elimination criteria of wind-cold-dampness type KOA,92 patients with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type KOA treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of visits.Control group: First day after the diagnosis began oral losuprofen sodium tablets,60 mg/ times,3 times a day,after the meal oral;Functional exercise at the same time as oral losuprofen sodium(quadriceps equal length training): Patients take supine position,both lower limbs naturally stretch out,forcefully straighten the affected knee and back extension ankle joint,so that the quadriceps muscle tension 5-10 s after relaxation,this is 1time,10 times for 1 group,each day in the morning,noon,afternoon and evening four time training 5 groups,that is,a total of 200 times a day.Experimental group: On the basis of the control group treatment,plus oral Xuanbi decoction reduced,1 dose per day,in the morning and evening.The two groups had 1 course of treatment for 1 week and 4 course of treatment.The VAS score,HSS score,TCM syndrome score,laboratory observation index,overall curative effect and poisoning in the two groups were observed before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4weeks after treatment.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze and process the data statistically.To compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment.Results:1?After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,HSS score,TCM syndrome score and ESR,CRP between the two groups(P >0.05).2?After 2 week of treatment,the improvement degree of VAS score and HSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and ESR,CRP between the two groups(P > 0.05).3?After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement degree of VAS score,HSS score,TCM syndrome score,ESR and CRP in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).4?Comparison between the two groups after treatment and before treatment: The VAS score,HSS score and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups in 1 weeks after treatment and before treatment,or 2 weeks after treatment and1 weeks treatment,or 4 weeks after treatment and 2 weeks treatment,there were statistically significant(P<0.05);The ESR ?CRP were compared between the twogroups in 4 weeks after treatment and before treatment,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).5?Both groups were effective after treatment(77.3% in the control group and93.2% in the observation group),and the overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).6?No serious damage of liver and kidney function was found in both groups during treatment,and there was no poisoning of traditional Chinese medicine(Chuanwu,Caowu)in the observation group during the reduction of Xuanbi decoction.Conclusion:Xuanbi decoction can reduce the index of inflammation,improve the TCM syndrome,relieve pain and improve the function of knee joint in patients with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type KOA.,and its short-term curative effect is obvious,so it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
