| Purpose:To observe the influence of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder on the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction of immune molecules expression of patients with age-related macular degeneration.Methods:Select 50 cases into standard subjects(77 eyes), randomly divide into the treatment group 25 cases (41 eyes) with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder oral and stulln eyedrops point eye, the control group 25 cases (36 eyes)was treated with capsules of vitamin E and C pills and the Stulln Ocular Humor to make eyedrop application. Respectively to compare two groups of patients before and after treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks of vision,fundus situation, Specialized signs and symptoms integral, TCM clinical syndrome integral, CFT, CRP, hs-CRP, C3, C4, IgG of ACA, then compare the data with statistical analysis and evaluation.Results:1.The vision efficacy:after the treatment of 4 and 8 weeks, treatment group total effectiveness 65.858% and 82.93% respectively,while those of the control group were 27.7% and 36.11% respectively, the differences is statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The vision:the visions of the both groups were improved after treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01);After treatment, the comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).3.The CFT of OCT:the treatment group were improved after 4 weeks’treatment,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); the CFT of the both groups were improved after 8 weeks’ treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); The comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant afte 8 weeks treatment(P<0.01).there’s no statistically significant difference after 4 weeks treatment (P>0.05).4.The CRP and hs-CRP:the CRP and hs-CRP of the treatment group were improved after 4 and 8 weeks’treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group is no statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05); After treatment, the comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).5.The C3:the C3 of the treatment group were improved after 4 and 8 weeks’treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group is no statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05); The comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant afte 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05).there’s no statistically significant difference after 4 weeks treatment (P>0.05).6.The C4:the C4 of the treatment group were improved after 4 and 8 weeks’treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group is no statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05); After treatment, the comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).7.The IgG of ACA:the IgG of ACA of the treatment group were improved after 4 and 8 weeks’treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group is no statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05); The comparing difference of the two groups is statistically significant afte 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05).there’s no statistically significant difference after 4 weeks treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.the Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder can improve the overexpression in CRP, hs-CRP, C3, C4 and IgG of ACA in phlegm and blood stasis type of AMD, thereby inhibiting the inflammatory response, thus against AMD, this may be one of the mechanism of action of this compound treatment.2.Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder has a stable clinical curative effect on phlegm and blood stasis type of AMD. |
