Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made eliminating glands powder on Lung spleen-deficiency type infantile adenoid hypertrophy. Discussing the characteristics of the formula of self-made eliminating glands powder so as to discover the treatment research of traditional Chinese medicineMethod:The 84 Lung spleen-deficiency type infantile adenoid hypertrophy’s cases is selected from the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine on March 1,2014 to March 10,2015, which are divided into observation group and control group according to random digit grouping. The observation group takes self-made eliminating glands powder while the control group uses furoic acid mobetamethasone nasal spray. Each group will continue two period of treatment (30 days), Every period of treatment is 15 days. Analyzing and summarizing the score of the clinical symptoms, as well as the adenoidectomy volume effect on both groups, then Process the data by SPSS 18.0.Results:1) after treatment, observation group and control group. The clinical symptoms and with symptom scores between groups comparison showed significant difference P<0.05; after treatment, observation group and control group. The clinical symptoms and with symptom score comparison showed significant difference P<0.052) after treatment observed group and the control group of the adenoid volume integral showing significant differences P<0.05; after treatment, the observed group and control group of adenoid volume integral group comparisons are presented significant difference P< 0.05.3) After one and two period of treatment, the major and minor clinical symptoms on observation groups and control groups compare within the group show that p<0.053) After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 40.47% and the total effective rate of 88.1.% was significantly higher than that of the control group and the total effective rate was 80.95% and the total effective rate was 23.81%.
