| Objective:Through analyzing the data of the Chinese medicine in the cases of Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of DKD patients with stage III,to explore the medication rule of Professor Song Liqun.Methods:Collect the cases of DKD patients with stage III in the outpatient treatment of Professor Song Liqun from January 2012 to December 2015, sort the data and record their medication. Establishing a database, using data mining, clustering analysis, factor analysis to analyze the medication for the first visit, to obtain the high frequency medicine,commonly used drug category,commonly used four properties and five tastes of medicine,commonly used meridian tropism,commonly used pair drugs and drug combinations,in order to discuss the medication rule of Professor Song Liqun in the treatment of DKD patients with stage III.Results:273 cases selected in this study,273 prescriptions for the first visit,contain 167 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine,total frequency of use up to 4501 times,use frequency of 24 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine more than 60 times (including 60 times), aggregate use frequency up to 65.56%.The core drugs in the treatment of DKD patients with stage III by Professor Song Liqun are Astragalus, Atractylodes, Poria Cocos, Gorgon Fruit, Fructus Ligustri, Fructus Rosae Laevigata, Fructus Rubi, Ginkgo, Semen Astragali Complanati, Dodder, the root of kudzu vine, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, Fructus Corni ect. Application of drug category includes 19 classes, tonify deficiency of medicine has the highest cumulative frequency, accounting for 26.37% of the total frequency. Followed by astringent medicine, accounting for 17.75% of the total frequency. The above two in the treatment of DKD patients with stage Ⅲ have the core status. Flat sexual medicine use frequency is highest, warm medicine ranked second, then followed by lukewarm medicine, cold medicine, cold medicine, small cold medicine. Sweet medicines and bitter medicines are the most common. Then followed by symplectic medicine herbs and astringency, sour, salty, mild drug. According to channel tropism of drug use by taste arranged, numbered from high to low are liver, kidney, spleen, stomach, lung, heart sutra, etc. According to channel tropism of drug use by frequency arranged from high to low in turn is the spleen, kidney, liver, lung, stomach, heart sutra, etc. Cluster analysis results 9 groups of couplet medicines,9 groups of drug combination. Clustering analysis of four properties and five tastes concludes combination of 3 groups. Factor analysis get 20 groups of common factors.Conclusions:1.Astragalus, Atractylodes, Poria Cocos, Gorgon Fruit, Fructus Ligustri, Fructus Rosae Laevigata, Fructus Rubi, Ginkgo, Semen Astragali Complanati, Dodder, the root of kudzu vine, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, Fructus Corni, Yam and Semen Amomi Amari, Mantis egg case, Schisandra chinensis, Turmeric, White mulberry root-bark and dried tangerine are core drugs in the treatment of DKD patients with stage III.2.Deficiency nourishing drugs, drug astringent and drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis are common drug category in the treatment of DKD patients with stage Ⅲ.3.Neutral in nature, warm in nature, lukewarm in nature, sweet in taste, bitter in taste, spicy in taste and astringency in taste, liver, kidney, spleen, stomach and lung are mainly property and the main meridian tropism in the treatment of DKD patients with stage Ⅲ.4.The deficiency in originl of DKD patients with stage Ⅲ are deficiency of both vital energy and yin, asthenia of both the spleen and kidney and insufficiency of the liver and kidney.Excess in superficiality of DKD patients with stageⅢ are dam evil, phlegm evil and blood stasis.5.Nifying qi and yin, invigorating spleen and kidney, tonify the liver and kidney, astringent, purging turbid, expectoran and removing blood stasis are the main therapy in the treatment of DKD patients with stage Ⅲ... |
