Based On Data Mining To Discuss Professor Jiang Liangduo's Medication Rule For Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

This paper includes two parts:literature review and clinical study.The literature review is mainly composed of four parts:the research on the pathogenesis and advantages of diagnosis and treatment of COPD in traditional Chinese medicine,the research progress in the treatment of COPD in western medicine,the unique insights of Professor Jiang Liangduo on the treatment of COPD,and the application of data mining.The TCM review mainly includes the etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes and treatment methods of COPD in TCM,as well as the progress and development of modern TCM treatment of COPD.A review of western medicine includes definitions,pathogenesis,and research progress in western medicine treatment of COPD.Professor Jiang Liangduo's unique views on the treatment of COPD are mainly based on the application of state treatment system and Angle medicine theory.Application and preliminary results of data mining.In terms of data mining,the application of data mining methods in traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy and the previous data mining achievements of our team were summarized.The second part is clinical research.Professor Jiang LiangDuo has been a doctor for nearly 50 years and has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD with outstanding efficacy.Based on years of clinical experience,he has summarized many innovative and far-reaching TCM concepts.Such as from the state of the theory of governance and horn medicine thought.This study conducted a related study on the prescription rules of Professor Jiang Liangduo's treatment of COPD.OBJECTIVE:To analyze the drug use rules of Professor Jiang Liangduo in the treatment of COPD by data mining,and to discuss the types,drug composition,compatibility rules and clinical application of Professor Jiang Liangduo's commonly used drugs in the treatment of COPD.It is expected to obtain new theories,new knowledge and new information that have not been obtained in the previous traditional medical case sorting and statistical research,and at the same time,promote the academic thought of Professor Jiang Liangduo,so as to benefit more patients.METHODS:The outpatient medical cases of Professor Jiang Liangduo in the treatment of COPD from March 2003 to December 2019 were included and recorded according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and a database was established.Clementine 12.0 was used for association rule analysis to obtain the drug combinations commonly used by Professor Jiang Liangduo in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the reasonable drug combinations were selected based on Professor Jiang Liangduo's interview.Clementine 12.0 was used for Bayesian network analysis to obtain the basic prescription of Professor Jiang Liangduo for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.RESULTS:1.The drugs with the frequency of?10%were screened and factor analysis was performed on the high frequency drugs.Nine common factors were extracted,and common factor 1 included Bupleurum,Coptis coptidis and Trichosanthis trichosanthis.The male factor 2 contained Fritillaria chuanensis and Anemarrhenia artemisiae;Common factor 3 contained red peony root and white peony root;Common factor 4 contains Aurantii and Aurantii;Common factor 5 contains magnolia officinalis,almond and Perilla;Common factor 6 contained turmeric and ephedra;Common factor 7 contains Baibu,Rugen,Radix Scutellariae;Common factor 8 contains Cornus officinalis;Common factor nine contains asters.The drugs with frequency?10%were screened and factor analysis was performed on high frequency drugs using SPSSSTATISTICS20.0 statistical software.The results showed that the Sig value of Bartlett's spherical test was 0.00(<0.05),indicating that it was suitable for factor analysis,and the KMO value was 0.506.Principal component analysis showed that there were 10 components with initial characteristic value>1,so 10 common factors could be extracted.Common factor 1 included wheezing,fatigue,chilliness,palpitation,insomnia,loose stool,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating,and pantothenic acid.Common factor 2 included sputum,dry mouth,loose stool,edema,yellow phlegm and bitter mouth.Common factor 3 contains cough,expectoration,expectoration,phlegm whiteness,abdominal distension;Common factor 4 contains wheezing,shortness of breath,poor tolerance,abdominal distension,frequent nocturnal urination,pantothenic acid,constipation;Common factor 5 contained poor appetite,loose stools and spontaneous sweating.Common factor 6 contains cough,wheezing,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness;Common factor 7 contains phlegm white,five heart surge heat;Common factor 8 contains chest tightness,constipation;Common factor 9 contains head and body weight;Common factor 10 contains palpitation,five heart wave heat,can be said to cover most of the information.2.Association rule analysis can be carried out to evolve drug core combinations.According to clinical experience,the effective drug combinations were selected as follows:?Combination:indigo indigo-clam shell;Fructus aurantii;Coptis coptidis-Evodia rutensis;Trichosanthes-Rhubarb;Paeonia lactiflora-red Four medicine combination:red peony root,white peony root,bupleurum root,scutellaria root;Almond,magnolia officinalis,trichosanthis,scutellaria;Perilla,Dangshen,Fritillaria chuanensis.Radix Scutellariae;Anemarrhenae,Rhubarb,Fritillaria chuanensis,Trichosanthis;Scutellaria scutellaria,cassia twig,dogwood and coptis coptidis;Trichosanthes trichosanthes,Anemarhizae anemarhizae,Fritillaria chuanensis,almond;Perilla,Pinellia,Bupleurum,Almond;Fritillaria chuanensis,Anemarhizae anemarhizae,Trichosanthis,Radix Scutellariae.3.With ephedra as the target,Bayesian network analysis was conducted to obtain the basic formula:ephedra,gypsum,almonds.Aurantii,Coptis chinensis,Fritillaria sichuanensis,antelope horn powder,and Cornus officinalis.Bayesian network analysis was carried out for Pinellia pinellia,and the basic formula was obtained:Bupleurum,Pinellia pinellia,Radix Scutellariae,Perilla,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Fructus Cornus,Malt,Fructus Aurantii and Panax notoginseng.Taking Magnolia officinalis as the target to carry out Bayesian network analysis,the basic formula was obtained:Magnolia officinalis,Perilla Perilla,Panax notoginseng,Almond,Radix Scutellariae.Malt,Pinellia ternata.Taking Bupleurum as the target,the Bayesian network analysis was carried out to obtain the basic formula:Bupleurum,Coptidis coptidis,Chinese fritillary shell,Perilla Perilla,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Anemarhizoma Rhizoma,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Scutellariae,Pinellia Pinellia,Radix Rhizoma Rhizoma,Turmeric Root.Bayesian network analysis was carried out with apricot as the target,and the basic formula was obtained:apricot,magnolia officinalis,ephedra,malt,przewalnut,gypsum,salvia miltiorrhiza and aster.The results were shown in the figure.Bayesian network analysis was carried out with Scutellaria baicalensis as the target,and the basic formula was obtained as follows:Scutellaria baicalensis,Schisandra chinensis,Bupleurum bupleurum,Malt,Baibu,Yujin,Asteria fortunei,Almond and Rhizome rudii.CONCLUSIONS:Based on factor analysis and clinical mutual verification,nine categories of commonly used drug combinations were obtained:clearing liver and reducing lung,regulating qi and reducing phlegm:Qi and phlegm,Qi Sheng Jin class;Clearing the liver and reducing fire,smoothing the liver and smoothing the liver;Phlegm elimination,line gas open Yu class;Reducing qi in addition to the full,phlegm asthma class;Xuanfei Jie table,Jie Yu Huoxue class:Clearing heat and resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma;Tonifying the liver and kidney,collecting the lung and relieving cough;Run lung nourish Yin class.In association rule analysis,by comparing the frequency of occurrence of related drugs between the preceding item and the following item,as well as the credibility and support degree of association rules,commonly used drug combinations,three-drug combinations and four-drug combinations are obtained,which are the drug combinations that have a correlation among the commonly used drugs for the treatment of COPD by Professor Jiang Liangduo.The results of drug association showed that the commonly used drug combinations were the compatibility of drugs such as reducing phlegm and relieving asthma,regulating qi qi,clearing liver and purging lung,nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,nourishing qi and invigorating spleen,cleaning phlegm and reducing dampness,dispersing cold and relieving the surface,etc.Through Bayesian network analysis,with ephedra,Pinellia tuber,Asteria cylindrica,Schisandra chinensis,Magnolia magnolia,Bubuurum,Algebran alba,Radix Scutellariae,Trichosanthis as the target to analyze,obtain the corresponding basic prescriptions,most of which are to promote lung and relieve asthma,stop cough and dissolve phlegm,run dry and dissolve phlegm,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear liver and purge lung,soft liver nourishing the liver,break qi and eliminate accumulation.By summarizing the research results and combining Jiang's clinical experience,this paper summarized the medication rules of Professor Jiang Liangduo.From the perspective of data mining,factor analysis,association rules and Bayesian network were applied to explore the regularity of Professor Jiang Liangduo's symptomatic syndrome and syndactyl-medication in the treatment of copd.
