Evaluation About The Results Of Flexible Ureteroscope Lithotripsy With Or Without Preoperative Indwelling Double J Tube

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the results of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy with or without preoperative indwelling double J tube. METHODS:From November 2014 to January2016, 58 kidney stone or Proximal ureter stong patients who will be treated by flexible ureteroscop lithotripsy,were divided into group A and B;Group A has 29 case which were directly procedured surgery, another group need to be indwelled a double J tube in ureter two weeks, than were procedured surgery.Both groups need to be placed ureteralFlexible ureteroscope access sheath, if there have difficulties than we can expand the ureter. After opration,we analyzed and compared the proportion of the two groups of patients who have to be analyzed hospital time of hospitalization, postoperative complications, stone clearance rate and so on. RESULTS:The issueof 55 patients were successfully conducted Phase I transurethral flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy. Two groups of patients in surgery were not found ureteral tear, perforation,and bleeding.Disposable success rates of indwelling Flexible ureteroscope channel sheath in the two ureters were 25/29(86.20%)?29/29(100%), The difference between two rate was no statistical difference.There were no statistical difference aboutstone-free ratesin postoperative one month.postoperative complications and the mean hospitalization costs of two group.The hospitalization time of two group were 10.03 ±4.11 days and 12.17 ±2.75 days,it has significant statistical difference. CONCLUSION:When possessing ureteral dilatation equipmen The surgery is safe and effective conventional without indwelling ureteral double J tube in advance for 2 weeks before Transurethral Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy. There is no statistical difference about postoperative complications when the surgey is operated by the experienced doctor.
