Objective:To understand the flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy stone clearance rate, unders tand the adverse reactions of patients with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy, for acc umulating clinical experience in the operation, improve the operation effect. Methods:collected in 2013 January during a 2015 January in Department of Urology o f Shanxi major hospital to accept flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy for upper urinar y tract calculi quasi(RIRS)patient data treatment. At last,a total of 130 patients were enlisted in this retrospective study, including 78 male and 52 female. A b ody mass index(BMI) of 23.6±2.3kg/ m2, with the mean age was 48.4±12.2ye ars. Upper ureteral calculi was noted in 14 patients, kidney stones was noted in116 patients, mainly distributed in upper calyx in 16 patients, middle calyx in24 patients, lower calyx in 44 patients, renal pelvis in 32 patients. The mean s tone burden was 1.7±0.7cm in maximum diameter. Previous nephrolithotomy in ipsilateral kidney was rioted in 3 patients, ESWL in 3 patients, PCNL in 15 patients. For special patients, solitary kidney was noted in 7 patients, spinal def ormity was noted in 2 patients, horseshoe kidney was noted in one patient, calyc eal diverticular calculi was noted in two patients, hemophilia was noted in one patient. All patients were assessed by KUB on postoperative 1 month to confir m the final stone free rate(SFR). Patients with residual stones received regular follow-up or ancillary treatment. Results:The patient’s age, sex and BMI were not statistically different(P>0.05).Th e stone is not clear group of stone size was significantly higher than that of sto ne clearance group stone size(P<0.05); 40 cases of calculi is greater than 2cm, th e stone free rate was significantly lower than that of 2m following gallstone gro up(P<0.05). Lower calyceal calculi in 44 cases, the stone clearance rate was SF R was significantly lower than that of of other parts(upper upper calyx, renal p elvis, ureter in)SFR(P<0.05); calyx calculi in 84 cases, the stone clearance rate w as SFR significantly low in of other parts(upper renal pelvis andureter) SFR(P<0.05).7cases of solitary kidney calculi patients, the stone clearance rate was SFR a nd double kidney living in patients with SFR comparison, no significant differenc e(P>0.05).15 cases of patients with residual stone after PCNL operation, stone cle arance rate of SFR was significantly lower than that of other patients with SF R(P<0.05).The use of 12 / 14 Fr ureteral channel sheath in 63 patients, the stone clearance rate was SFR and 67 cases of the use of 14 / 16 Fr ureteral channel shea th of patients with SFR compared, no significant difference(P>0.05).The stone i s not clear in the operation of the stone clearance group 、the total perfusion gr oup、the stone is not clear groupoperation time 、time of operation were signifi cantly higher than those of stone clearance group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flexible ureteroscope surgical clinical high stone clearance rate, is safe and feasible, curative effect, prognosis is good, no adverse reaction, is worth the clini cal to study.
