Consumer Resistance To The Treatment Of Immune, The Clinical Observation Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective: recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is a familiar gravid syndrome. With the continuous development of the procreation immunology, abortion is considered to be a destruction of the placental immunologic balance and a failure to explant congeneric fetuses. During the experiment, we observed and summed up the experiences in clinics for years. We found that No. 3 Dispel Antibody has the treating affect in recognizing placental immunity and excessively iterative natural abortion (of renal weakness) , as well as recognizing the changes of itself immunity system(anticardiolipin antibodies, antiendometrium antibodies, antihyalogen antibodies ). It provides new methods in treating immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods: Separate 65 cases of RSA into two groups arbitrarily with 2:1, i. e. with the treat group 46 cases and comparison group 19 cases. It applies Chinese traditional medicine-No. 3 Dispel Antibody 100ml for treat group twice a day, and apply the Aspirin for comparison group 50mg once a day. The medicine stopped within the menses and groups strictly use condoms. Two months is a period of treatment. During this treatment, phlebotomize and use enzyme linked immunity (ELASA) to test the serum ACA Level of RAS, antiendometrial antibody, Antizona pellucida antibodies. Result: With the treatment, 29 ACA levels of treated group 46 cases changed to negative, with 9 cases Strengthening and 8 ineffective. The general effective rate is 82. 61%. only 1 ACA levels of comparison group 19 caese changed to negative, with 7 cases Strengthening and 11 ineffective. The general effective rate is 42. 11%. Conclusion: To use the Traditional Chinese compound of promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis —No. 3 Dispel antibody could restrain the appearance of RSA patients' ACA, which is more effective than the Aspirin. It is a breakthrough.
