Control group:routine oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets, 1mg/times,1 times/d, to start taking on the fifth day of menstruation, and even served 21 days, menstruation 16 days plus service dydrogesterone tablets 10mg/times,1 times/d, and even served 10 d, after treatment, menstrual cramps, then ibid medication. After treatment, serum levels of FSH, LH, FSH/LH levels were significantly lower than the control group, E2 levels increased significantly compared with the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). while serum E2 levels after discontinuation group between, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After treatment were compared PSV, RI value, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Compared two groups of patients with the symptom score, the total effective observation group was significantly higher than western medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion BushenHuoxue on ovarian reserve decrease kidney blood stasis syndrome treatment effective than estradiol valerate+therapeutic effect dydrogestrone sheet used in combination. BushenHuoxue on diminished ovarian reserve in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type has a therapeutic effect.
