The Clinical Research Of Tiaogengyijing Tang And Climen In Treating Kidneydeficiency And Blood Stasis Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective:By observing the tiaogengyijingtang and Climen in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis diminished ovarian reserve, observe its therapeutic effect, levels of change FSH、LH、E2 and AMH.Methods: select 61 cases of kidneydeficiency and blood stasis diminished ovarian reserve, random divided into the treatmentgroup, 31 cases(taking TiaogengyijingTang and Climen), and the control group,30 patients(taking Climen), observecurative effects of the two groups before and after the treatment in menstrual cycle and clinical symptoms. And two groups of patients before and after treatment serum levels of change FSH、LH、E2 and AMH.Results:After treatment, TCM symptoms totol score and the scores(except libido) between groups of significantdifference(P <0.05); the levels of FSH, LH, in two groups decreased and E2,AMH levels rise than before treatment,there are significant difference(P <0.05) within thegroup, a significant difference(P <0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion: The TiaoGengYijingTang and Climen treatment of kidney deficiency and bloodstasis diminished ovarian reserve, is effect,which can obviously improve patient menstruation;decrease FSH,LH levels;rise E2,AMH levels.In addition,it can improve the kind of perimenopausal symptoms,such as Lumbar debility, icomplexion and colour of fingernail, Hot flashes sweating, Insomnia, much dream, Low sexual desire,and so on. The TiaoGengYijing Tang and Climencurative effect is superior to that of pure treatmentClimen.
