Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment before treatment, TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower, with statistical significance (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group, the t-test P<0.05, was statistically significant.Conclusion:1. Self cool blood eliminate spot decoction fumigation help treatment children henoch-schonlein purpura(blood-heat bleeding type) curative effect is better, the total effective rate was 96.67%, which can effectively shorten patients’petechia and ecchymosis fade time and relieve the degree of joint pain.2.
