Study On The Change Of Level Of Tonifying Kidney And Removing IgA And IgG Spot Decoction On Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis In Children

Purpose:This study seclected children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis bygiving the decoction of Chinese medicine of Yishen Xiaoban Decoction. Then I analyzed thechange of the level of routine urine test and immunoglobulin and clinical significancebefore and after the therapy. To further explore Yishen Xiaoban Decoction on the indexesof the degree of improvement in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Method:60cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis are randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the experimental group, the control group of30cases.Result:There is no difference in the skin purpura, joint swelling and pain, abdominalpain by statistics analysis of Chinese medicine symptom information of the experimentalgroup and the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group （P<0.05）in the urine occult blood and urine protein. Between two groups, there was significantdifference （P<0.01）in IgA, IgG, while the two groups had differences（P<0.05）. It showsthe immunoglobulin abnormalities have significantly improved in treatment group aftertreatment. There was significant difference （P<0.05）before and after the therapy in group.Conclusion:Clinical symptoms and indicators had obviours improved onHenoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children by taking orally Yishen Xiaoban Decoction.Therefore Yishen Xiaoban decoction had obviously affected Henoch-Schonlein purpuranephritis in children. Because Yishen Xiaoban Decoction had improved the idexes of routineurine test and immunoglobulin. It had greatly raised the cure rate and reduced the recurrencerate. At the same time, it had improved the quality of life for patients and reduced thepsychological burden of parents of children.
