| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Wendanningdong Decoction on children’s Multiple Tics withphlegm-firedisturbing the mind.Methods:We selected 66 eligible patients who suffered from Multiple Ticswithphlegm-firedisturbing the mind, choosing random method in clinical research,and dividing them into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases of each.The treatment group was given Wendanningdong Decoction, and the control group was given Tiapride HydrochlorideTablets.The 2 groups were guided by detail nursing.After 8 weeks to evaluate the total curative effect, the improvement of YGTSS, the degree of motor tics and vocal tics and the improvement of symptoms ofTraditionalChinese Medicine, and follow-up the recurrence rate after one month of drug withdrawal.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.93% and 84.84% respectively, and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The score of YGTSS and the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine,compared with before and after treatment group there is statistical significance (P<0.05).There is statistical significance(P<0.05) in above two scores between treatment and control group after both treated.3.The therapeutic effect of motor tics and vocal tics in treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).4.After one month of drug withdrawal, we followed-up the recurrence rate, the treatment group was 15.38%, the control group was 25.00%.Conclusion:1.Wendanningdong Decoction treatment of Multiple Tics in children has significant curative effect, the total effective rate was 93.93%, significantly higher than the control group.2.WendanningdongDecoctioncan significantlyrelieve the irritability,dizziness,constipation,urinating less and yellow in Multiple Tics with phlegm-firedisturbing the mind, and the above aspects were superior to the control group.3.WendanningdongDecoction can reduce the recurrence rate of Multiple Tics. |
