Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Wenyang Shexue Method In The Treatment Of Purpura

Objective:through the observation of the spleen, warming Yang perturbation changes of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in peripheral blood of purpura Pi Yangxu efficacy in patients with and transfusion before and after treatment and explore significance of CD4+CD25+Treg in pathogenesis of Henoch Schonlein purpura, further study of purpura (Pi Yangxu) of the immune pathogenesis and strengthen spleen and warm yang perturbation mechanism of transfusion in treating purpura (Pi Yangxu).Methods:1 Observation of 30 cases of purpura (Pi Yangxu) patients with Spleen Yang blood taken before and after treatment of symptoms.2 observation of purpura (Pi Yangxu) to accept the Spleen Yang photo changes of platelet in peripheral blood transfusion before and after treatment.3. Using flow cytometry detection purpura Pi Yangxu accept warming yang and invigorating spleen was taken before and after transfusion in treatment of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Treg level changes.Results:1 accept Wenyang Jianpi after taken blood in the treatment of purpura (Pi Yangxu) the clinical symptoms of the patients improved obviously, symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment (P< 0.05); 2.30 patients with Spleen Yang photo blood after treatment of purpura (Pi Yangxu) patients with TCM syndrome clinical efficiency was 86.67%. The efficiency is 76.67%; 3 received Wenyang Jianpi taken after treatment blood purpura (Pi Yangxu) in patients with peripheral blood had significantly improved, the platelet count increased significantly (P< 0.05); 4 in experimental group purpura (Pi Yangxu) in peripheral blood of patients with CD4+CD25+Treg level lower than the normal control group (P< 0.05), the test group after treatment of purpura (Pi Yangxu) in peripheral blood of patients with CD4+CD25+Treg level is higher than that before treatment (P< 0.05), the test group after treatment in patients with purpura (Pi Yangxu) The level of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood was lower than that in normal control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Spleen warming Yang photo transfusion in treating purpura curative effect and can significantly improve the purpura (Pi Yangxu) in patients with peripheral blood and clinical symptoms; 2. The spleen, warming Yang photo transfusion purpura (Pi Yangxu) in patients with CD4+CD25+Treg expression level can be improved.
