The Clincical Study Of Treating Hypomenorrhea (Syndrome Of Blood Deficiency And Qi Stagnation,Deficiency Cold Of Lower Energizer) For Different Formulations Of Aifu Nuangong Wan

Research objectives:To evaluate the clinical effect and security of the different formulations for Aifu nuangong wan(boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional decotion pieces) in treating hypomenorrhea (syndrome of blood deficiency and qi stagnation. deficiency cold of lower energizer), to provide the basis for the application.Methods:31 patients suffered by the hypomenorrhea (syndrome of blood deficiency and qi stagnation、deficiency cold of lower energizer) were selected,randomly divided into boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional decotion pieces group with positive control method.The boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine group wered treated with boiling powder of Aifu nuangong wan, traditional decotion pieces group wered treated with decotion pieces of Aifu nuangong wan,for 3 months.The clinical symptoms and signs related curative effect data and security analysis of two groups wered observed both before and after treatment.Results:A.Hypomenorrhea effect:For boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine group,the evident cure rate(ECR)is 42.9%,total efficiency rate (TER) is 78.6%;traditional decotion pieces group respectively 35.7%,64.3%.B.Symptoms effection:The ECR of boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine group is 64.3%,TER is 92.9%; traditional decotion pieces group respectively 57.1%,85.7%.C. The differences of hypomenorrhea effect and symptoms effection were statistically significant(P< 0.05)in the same group.D. There is no significant difference between two groups(before treating-after treating) by the analysis of SPSS19.0(P> 0.05).E.The differences of endometrium thickness were statistically significant(P< 0.05)in the same group.F.Safety analysis:There has not seen other serious adverse reactions cases.Conclusions:Two kinds of formulations of Aifu nuangong wan all get well treated clinical effect in treating hypomenorrhea (syndrome of blood deficiency and qi stagnation、deficiency cold of lower energizer) including increasing menstrual quantity、improving the light color and the dilute texture. The boiling powder of traditional Chinese medicine group has an advatage over the traditional decotion pieces group in treating all hypomenorrhea and other symptoms and it is worth spreading widely to clinical application with high efficiency、taking convenient and saving resources of Chinese herbal medicine.
