The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Eczema (Damp-heat Syndrome)with The Treatment Of Chushiyufu Tang

Objective:This research has been used the method of randomised control, in order to observing and evaluating the clinical curative effect and safety of Chushiyufu tang with tutor’s experienced recommendation on treating the eczema of damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Choose 70 patients included in the standard,which randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups of 35 cases,in the treatment of 4 weeks in a row, visit once a week.The treatment group take the Chushiyufu tang with tutor’s experienced recommendation.The contrast group take Piminxiao capsule.Both groups put Fuzhiqing ointment on the skin of eczema.To observe the pruritus, area of skin lesion, severity of skin lesion, EASI score and secondary symptoms.In patients with clinical total effective,followed up for 4 weeks.And evaluate its curative effect, the recurrence rate and safety.Results:①Because of 1 case lose in the contrast group,eventually complete observation in 69 cases②On the comprehensive curative effect, the treatment group is better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).③In the terms of EASI scores, the after treatment of two groups are better than the before,the difference have statistical significance(P< 0.05).④In the terms of improving the pruritus,at the 1,2 weeks the control group are better than the treatment group, the difference have statistical significance (P< 0.05);the after treatment of two groups are superior to the before, the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).⑤In the terms of improving the secondary symptoms, at the 2,3,4 weeks the treatment group are better than the control group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05);the after treatment of each week in treatment group is better than the before, the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05);the control group only in the fourth week the after treatment is better than the before, the difference has statistical significance(P< 0.05). ⑥There is no serious adverse event in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment with Chushiyufu tang of eczema (Damp-heat syndrome) has obvious clinical curative effect, it’s worth working on clinical promotion.
