| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chushiyin on treating eczema (Damp-heat Type) and the influence of the soluble IL-2 recoptor(sIL-2R) in serum of the eczema patience.Methods:All patients from july 2008 to December 2009 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of dermatology out-patient clinics and inpatient hospital patients, a total of 60 cases. All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.30 cases of treatment group, given to drink oral desiccant, treatment for 4 weeks.30 cases of the control group given kushen-tablets orally, treatment for 4 weeks. Effect of disease after treatment, subjective symptoms and lesions of the assessment criteria for statistical analysis. Statistical Methods:Statistical analysis using statistical software Spss17.0.Comparison of measurement data between groups with t tests, the group paired t test comparison, count data using chi-square test, with Ridit level test data.Results:the treatment group the effect of desiccant drink better than the control drug desloratadine tablets were significantly different(p<0.05), is an effective prescription treatment of eczema; eczema soup can be a significant reduction in lesion area of eczema; dehumidification drink eczema patients can significantly improve symptoms of itching. The performance of two groups of lesions; dehumidification eczema drink can significantly lower total score in patients with lesions of the performance and reduce the severity of eczema.Conclusion:1. The desiccant drink eczema treatment of damp-heat in the signs and effects on disease were significantly better than western medicine.2.This Preparation can adjust immunity and relieve inflammatory reaction. From which reveal partial mechanism of action of this medicine to treat the psoriasis, provided the scientific basis for this medicine clinical promoted application.3.chushiying has good effect in controlling the serum sIL-2R of eczema(Damp-heat type).
