Objective:To study and observe the clinical efficacy, safety and recurrence of Qingganlipi tang for internal and external application of damp-heat infiltration type acute eczema, and to explore the related mechanism of Qingganlipi tang. Methods:A randomized control method was used, and 72 cases were included in this trial: divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with external application of Qingganlipi tang;the control group received oral ebastine tablets combined with external application of 3% boric acid solution. The total course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks. After the treatment was completed, the cases that were judged to be clinically cured and effective were followed up for another month.Observe and record patients' skin lesions,TCM symptom scores, and adverse events before treatment,1 week after treatment, and 2 weeks after treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the final curative effect was determined. The statistical analysis of the two groups of data in this study was processed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:(1)Thirty-three observers were completed in the treatment group,of which five cases were cured,15.15% were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,36.36% were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 84.84%;34 cases were finally completed as observers in the control group,of which Four cases were cured, the cure rate was 11.76%,the marked effect was 11 cases, the marked efficiency was 32.35%,and the total effective rate was 79.41%.(2)After the end of treatment, the pruritus score,EASI score,TCM score and total score of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups were effective in treating acute eczema.effective.(3)After the treatment was completed, there was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P> 0.05),which indicated that the oral and external application of Qingganlipi tang and oral ebastine tablets combined with external application of 3% boric acid solution for the treatment of acute eczema The effect is comparable.(4)There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups in improving skin lesions(P> 0.05).In terms of improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, oral application of Qingganlipi tang was significantly better than oral ebastine tablets combined with external application of 3% boric acid solution.(P <0.01);In terms of the degree of itching, the antipruritic effect of the control group was significantly better than that of the treatment group after 1 week of treatment(P <0.05),but there was repetition. After 2 weeks of treatment,Qingganlipi tang and oral ebastine The combination of tablets and external application of 3% boric acid solution had similar antipruritic effect(P> 0.05),and the effect was stable.(5)Oral and external application of Qingganlipi tang has good safety, less adverse reactions, and can reduce the recurrence rate of damp-heat infiltration type acute eczema(P <0.05).Conclusion:Oral and external application of Qingganlipi tang has a curative effect on the treatment of hot and humid infiltration-type acute eczema, with less adverse reactions, higher safety, and lower recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
