Objective:This clinical trail was to study the therapy efficacy of Avi A, traditional Chinese medicine granules and the combination of two the drugs on psoriasis vulgaris. And explore the treatment mechanism of Chinese and Western medicine on psoriasis vulgaris. In order to provide more clinical evidence that traditional Chinese medicine combined with acitretin acid was more effective, and to provide effective ideas for further study the efficacy of avermectin A acid and reduce the toxic side effects.Methods:275psoriasis vulgaris patients in Tianjin Changzheng Hosipital were randomly divided into three treatment groups.100patients in Acitretin capsules group,90patients in Chinese herbal formula group, and85patients in Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group.there were no statistically difference in average age, disease duration, PASI score before treatment between the three groups. All three groups patients were intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin injection, topical calcipotriol ointment. The treatment lasted seven weeks, and followed up once a week. use the international common lesions of psoriasis severity score (PASI) method to determine the clinical efficacy and observed adverse reactions after a course of treatment. SPSS16.0statistical software was applied to statistical analysis.Results:The effective rate was51.00%in Acitretin capsules treatment group,45.56%57.45%in Chinese herbal compound group and77.65%in Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group, and the total effective rate was57.45%. Acitretin capsules treatment group and acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group were more efficient than traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group,there were statistically significant difference between the three group (P<0.05). through the application between the two groups each other about Acitretin capsules treatment group and treatmenting group of Chinese herbal compound are efficient and found no statistically significant difference(P>0.017). Acitretin capsules treatment group further was treated with combined traditional Chinese medicie compound treatment group. Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group effective in the treatment compared with each other, they were found differences between the efficient statistically significant (P<0.017). However, the clinical observations acitretin capsules treatment group decreased in two cases of hypokalemia by potassium recovery;15cases of elevated blood lipids in patients with mild, occurring of34patients with varying degrees of dry skin, angular stomatitis, dry mouth, skin thinning and other side effects brittle. After treatment withdrawal and recovery after appropriate treatment, the treatment did not affect. Chinese herbal formula treatment group,4patients had diarrhea, reduce the dose of Chinese medicine after the recovery, the treatment did not affect. Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group no significant adverse reactions. Three groups of patients had adverse reactions occurring systems.Conlusion:Acitretin capsules, herbal compound, Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula have good curative effect on psoriasis, and acitretin capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicie compound effect is better than acitretin capsules or traditional Chinese medicine. there was no significant difference between acitretin capsules and traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese herbal formula can reduce the toxicity of acitretin capsules.
