The Clinical Observation Of Xuebijing Injection On Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Sepsis

Objective:To observe the improvement of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with sepsis patients, compare to conventional therapy of western medicine, to investigate the mechanism of Xuebijing injection in treating AECOPD with sepsis patients.Methods:According to inclusion criterions,60of AECOPD Patients from April2011to February2012in our hospital were divided randomly into two groups,27cases as treated with Xuebijing injection and conventional therapy of western medicine.33cases as control group, which were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine. The treatment group had24males and3females, and controlled group had26males and7female patients. All patients were given conventional therapy of western medicine such as antibiotics, antispasmodic asthma, dissipating phlegm, matain water and electrolyte balance, appropriate sedation, and analgesia, and the treatment group was added Xuebijing injection; The syndrome and objective sign were observed, as were as the levels in white blood cell count, neutrophils percentage, CRP, ESR,PCT,D-dime, Platelet count, FIB, Flow instrument CD3.CD4.CD8, were detected before treating and the first day after the treatment. All data were analyzed by the software of SPSS16.0.Results:1. After treatment, the level of the two groups’white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, CRP,ESR were all lower than pre-treatment (P<0.05).And the efficacy of the treatment group better than the controlled group after treating(P<0.05).It indicated that Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of western medicine could improve the efficacy of anti-infective treatment.2. After treatment, the level of the both groups’PCT lower than pre-treatment (P <0.05). And the efficacy of the treatment group better than the controlled group after treat (P<0.05).It indicated that Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of western medicine could reduce the inflammatory response.3. After treatment, the level of the both groups’D-dime、Platelet、FIB all improved than pre-treatment (P<0.05)ascender than pre-treatment (P<0.05), there were no change in both group of APTT and PT-INR.And the efficacy of the treatment group better than the controll group after the treatment(P<0.05).It indicated that Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of western medicine could improve the blood coagulation.4. After treatment, the treatment group’ CD3.CD4were improved than pre-treatment (P<0.05), there were no change of CD3(p>0.05). The controlled group’ CD4was improved than pre-treatment (P<0.05).But there were no change in control group(p>0.05) of CD3and CDg. And the efficacy of the treatment group better than the controlled group after treatment(P<0.05) of CD3、CD4. It indicated that Xuebijing injection could improve the cellular immune function of AECOPD with sepsis patients.5. The treatment group was superior to the controlled group in the curative effect and the relieving of TCM syndrome such as cough, expectoration, dyspnea, rales, fever, bress shortness(P<0.05).It indicated that Xuebijing injection could improve the curative effect of AECOPD with sepsis patients.6. There was no serious adverse effects in both groups, which indicated that it was safe in conventional therapy of western medicine cooperated with Xuebijing injection.Conclusions:1. Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD with sepsis patients of anti-infective treatment.is more effective than conventional therapy of western medicine.2. Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of western medicine could improve the blood Hypercoagulability and blood coagulation dysfunction of AECOPD with sepsis patients.3. Xuebijing injection could improve the cellular immune function of AECOPD with sepsis patients.
