Exploratory Research Of Depression In Confusion Of Qi From Theory Of The Tri-jiao Function

Purpose:Collect Tri-jiao Qi function ascending-descending theory to explore pathological mechanism of depression in confusion of Qi and provide theoretical basis in the clinical psychosomatic treatment for Depression.Method:With.literature research methods, collect the theories in "Huangdi Nejing" and Qi function ascending-descending theories by the famous doctors through the ages, summarize the relationship between Tri-jiao and Zang-fu, compare depression diagnostic criteria between modern medicine and Chinese traditional medicine,analyze emotional expression of depression in Chinese Traditional Medicine, and discuss pathogenesis of depression from the pointcut of Tri-jiao Qi function ascending-descending.Results:1.Tri-jiao is the outside Fu of the Five Zang-fu, its morphosis is not a fixed idea, but its function is definite, supporting gasification of Five Zang-fu.2.The performance of depression likes sadness in TCM3. This is a reciprocal causation relationship between sadness and disorder of the Tri-jiao gasification.Conclusion:Tri-jiao can coordinate human body’s gas-liquid. The disorder of Tri-jiao gasification is the main cause of depression. The occurrence of the depression which main presentation is sadness has close relationship with the Qi function disorder of Upper-jiao and Lower-jiao. The occurrence of depression and other diseases could be basis on the disorder Qi function ascending-descending. Considering Zang-fu Qi function ascending-descending starting from Tri-jiao has definite clinical guiding significance.
