The Study On The Expression Of Different Protein In AIDS With Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome And Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome

ObjectiveThis study was designed to explore the molecular markers in the syndrome differentiation of AIDS and provide objective basis to the TCM syndrome research of AIDS by comparing the different expressed proteins between AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome.MethodsProtein was extracted from peripheral blood samples of the AIDS patients with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome,Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and healthy volunteers.We screened identified the different expressed proteins by protein digestion, iTRAQ labeling and mass spectrometry analysis. The different expressed proteins were analyzed with relative bioinformatics methods. SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the enumeration data and measurement data, like age, sexuality and so on.ResultsOne hundred and forty-one differential expression proteins were obtained between AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome, which mainly related to the molecular functions of endopeptidase activity、 antigen binding、lipid binding、serine-type endopeptidase activity、serine hydrolase activity、etc, and mainly on many biological processes including immune response,regulation of immune response、tissue homeostasis、defense response、 homeostatic process、response to stress、positive regulation of response to stimulus、 etc.There are five differential expression proteins Among them:GSH-Px、KRT1、 C5、Apo D、Apo A-Ⅳ。Conclusions1、There are differences in protein expression spectrum between AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome. Proteomics can provide objective parameter for the accuracy of the TCM syndrome differentiation.2、Gsh-px, KRT1, C5, Apo D, Apo A-Ⅳ may be the Special differentially expressed proteins between AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome,which may be the molecular markers in the syndrome differentiation of AIDS.
