ObjectiveStudy on the correlation between microRNA expression and AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome or Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome, Search the different microRNA expression profiles among AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome, Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and the healthy control group,explore the nature of Syndromes of AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome. Provide objective evidence for the differentiation of clinical syndrome.MethodsApplying gene chip technology to test the microRNA of AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and the healthy control group. All count data and measurement data such as age, gender, ethnicity, laboratory parameters were analyzed with the spssl9.0software. The differently expressed microRNA of each group were selected by SAS system.Then predict the target gene of the corresponding microRNA and analysis the function of the target gene.Results1. Compare with the healthy control group,89microRNAs that Significant differently (P<0.05) expressed were found in the group of AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome,52microRNAs were up regulation,37microRNAs were down regulation. Meanwhile predict the target gene of89microRNAs,involved to9545target genes which4378target genes were up regulated,5167target genes were down regulated.2.Compare with the healthy control group,100microRNAs that Significant differently (P<0.05) expressed were found in the group of AIDS with Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome,64microRNAs were up regulation,36microRNAs were down regulation. Meanwhile predict the target gene of100microRNAs,involved to5536 target genes which3620target genes were up regulated,1916target genes were down regulated.Conclusions1.There are significant differences of microRNA expression profiles between AIDS with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and the healthy control group,which possibly related to the mechanisms such as natural killer cell me diated cytotoxicity, IL-15or IL-6Receptor Beta Chain in T cell Activation, cel1apoptosis, TGF-beta.2.There are significant differences of microRNA expression profiles between AIDS with Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and the healthy control group,whi ch possibly related to the mechanisms such as IL-21Receptor Beta Chain in T cell Activation, C-Reactive Protein, platelet, Oxidative Stress.
